    Highly recommend this laundromat good customer service, The prices with all new equipments are lower than others places , They have new giant washers and new giant dryers convenient for big blankets and big comforters , bring your dirty clothes here and check it out, they have service drop off wash dry and fold all so if you don't have time they do for you with lower rate , so fresh environment love the decorations they update everything inside and we can use with credit or debit cards and coins too .

We brought my daughter's senior prom dress to this shop for alterations after hearing many positive recommendations. The dress was her dream prom dress and cost approximately $350. From the beginning, the owner mentioned that the requested alteration might be difficult due to the design of the dress. However, the shop accepted the job and never indicated that the alteration could not be completed successfully. When we picked up the dress, it had significant fit issues, visible puckering, uneven stitching, and multiple snags in the fabric. We returned immediately, and to their credit, the staff was kind and agreed to attempt repairs. When we picked up the dress for a second time, not only were many of the original concerns still present, but the dress had additional snags, pulls, loose threads, and further damage to the fabric. When I pointed out the condition of the dress, I was told that the material was very sensitive and that precautions had been taken while handling it. While I understand that some fabrics require extra care, the dress was returned to us in worse condition than when it was originally dropped off. Throughout the process, the owner was polite and not argumentative. I also appreciate that the shop refunded the alteration fee without hesitation. My disappointment is not with the customer service, but with the outcome and the lack of accountability for the condition in which the dress was returned. In the end, my daughter was left without a wearable version of the dress she had chosen for her senior prom. I am sharing this experience because I wish I had known beforehand that a delicate fabric and a more complex alteration carried a risk of significant damage. Had I seen a review describing an experience like ours, I would have chosen a different option for such an important dress.

    This all started when I was looking for a local place to have a pair of shorts altered for my son…read more He just wanted the waist brought in a couple inches without losing the shape or the width of the legs. I received a call that they were done within a couple days. This was fantastic because they had quoted me almost a week. When I gave them to my son, he pointed out that they had put some drastic pleats in the back that made it look like he was wearing a diaper. There was no way to wear the shorts without them looking ridiculous. I went back the next day to point out that the alterations were done very poorly, and showed the girl how it looked like diaper butt. She apologized and said she had to talk to a manager about getting me a refund or having them redone. After waiting to hear back for several more days with no call, I went back in to pick up the shorts. The initial alterations were removed and the shorts were back to their original state or as closely as they could be. There was a piece in the back that had been cut out and replaced with other jean material. At this point I told them I wanted a refund since my shorts hadn't been altered in the way that I had requested and this had become a huge waste of time on my end. The girl told me I had to leave the shorts there and fill out a claim request to get my money back. (I had to leave the shorts there so they could determine whether or not the claim was valid. That made no sense since they had already reversed the alterations at this point.) I asked if I would receive a call when I could come get my shorts and my refund and she assured me that they would call me within the next day or two. It has now been a week since then, no call. I just went to pick up my shorts and my refund. I was told I would not be getting refund today, they would be mailing me a check. This entire process has been roughly 3 weeks long with four trips to and from their store. I will never use them for anything and highly recommend you don't either. If I can update this, I will let you know how long it takes for that refund to show up in the mail.

    Where do I begin with this...I brought in 3 pairs of jeans to be hemmed and the older asian…read moreseamstress sized me in all of them. I'm then told that it would be $35 PER HEM - A NORMAL HEM - as she took them off me and said she just raised her rates last week. So now I'm not even considering an original hem because theyre already price gouging. Then when i pick up the clothing the hems are literally all wrong. One is uneven, one hem is invisible, and the other had a hem with the wrong stitching color and a 4iINCH HEM LINE. I brought them back reasonably upset for the $115 in hemming (for pants i was gifted for christmas mind you) and when I asked them to be fixed, the seamstress -Denied it was her -Ultra defensive -Laughed at my concerns, repeatedly -Tried to tell me that the hem is just fine -The counter worker was visibly annoyed at the seamstress's reaction, and offered to have them done at a different location in Seattle and only then the seamstress jumped up to grab them and said she could do it I flat out asked her "have I done something to you? Because I dont know why you're being so rude about this." With the help of whoever was working the counter I had them set up a repair. And after two regular wash cycles these pants look terrible. Ruffling hem seams, loose threads, one pair point out like triangles when I sit down. One pair you can see line of the first wrong hem. One pair were already floods out the gate when i picked it up I just didn't want to deal with this anymore. Down to the service I received and price I was charge I would steer anyone away from this location, or at least this seamstress. Super insulting, and now I dont even feel comfortable wearing these jeans.
