Clay is the only person I would EVER recommend for HVAC services. He is by far the most honest, hard working, reliable guy I've ever met. Our AC went out and required a totally new unit. Clay quoted us at a better price than even friends of ours who could "replace it for a good price" did. After installing the new unit on a Friday, he found the compressor of the new unit was bad. He called his supplier who told him they could get a new one to him by Tuesday, which was unacceptable to Clay. He drove down to Laramie Wyoming himself on Friday night to pick up the new unit, and came in on his day off Saturday morning to finish our install. Found this company from Facebook, was a little guarded with a random FB recommendation on bigger work like revamping my entire HVAC system, replacing my old furnace and installing a new AC unit. But on the first appointment Clay went up and above explaining in depth everything that was needed, and worked with me giving me options for my system at a reasonable price. Our furnace went out on Friday, January 2nd, and we called Clay that morning. He came out that same afternoon to inspect it. He did a very thorough evaluation and explained that we would need a new furnace. He also let us know that our water heater was nearing the end of its life. Clay provided a quote for both the furnace and water heater, but never pressured us to replace the water heater. Instead, he honestly explained our options and what could happen if we chose to wait. The next install date he was available was on January 7th and he provided us with space heaters to keep our home warm until our furnace installation. On May 3rd, 2021 a OneSource 'tech' came by for yearly maintenance. The very next morning (May 4th), I woke to no heat. When I called, I got a call back from Coral in sales and she told me that they warned me the night before that the furnace was 'short cycling,' on its last legs, and needed to be replaced. She refused to send a tech out to take a look. So, I posted in a local community Facebook group asking for recommendations and Clay w/719 Mechanical came up time and time and time again. Our furnace went out and so we called seeing that it was a 24 hr service. clay was super helpful on the phone regarding prices and what time he would be at our house, he was efficient and even let us know how to fix it ourselves next time. basically came and left and was very efficient. would 110% recommend to anyone, even when you're not in a pinch!
