It is it a gym for those training to be Mr Olympia since there is a limit on how heavy the weights are. For me that is fine for I working to get back into an exercise routine and being healthier. The cost is great. There are two membership level to pick from. One where you just go to one location and the other is you can go to any location plus take advantage of the tanning beds, massage chairs and hydro massage bed. I've worked in commercial/Olympic weightlifting/ CrossFit gyms for around 14 years and this is one of the more disappointing facilities. Broken machines, bent barbells and little to no enforcement of basic gym etiquette (specifically the wearing of a t shirt when lifting). You can get a peaceful workout in during the day but god help you if you show up after 7. High school/young college age kids stripping off their clothes (on the mainfloor of the gym) in front of staff that aren't on the clock and no one saying anything. I'm shocked there hasn't been a ringworm or hand foot and mouth disease breakout. Counting down the days until onelife opens down the street. The staff seem to be pretty nice on a good note.

The other gym members are very friendly and I have met a lot of nice people. The childcare provider is very nice and great with the children. However, the gym is in serious need of updating their equipment. The cardio machines are very old and frequently out of order. The free weights and weight machines are decent. The spin bikes are rusty and outdated. And a good cleaning on all equipment would be nice. For the location, I would recommend to anyone if they would just invest into their equipment and cleanliness a little more.
