Kids are allowed there any age depending on who's working and overrun the place in the summer for free. I cancelled my membership yesterday due to my 12-year-old being turned away and she had been in the gym three times earlier in the week. Most employees are friendly but there is a huge turnover, so you rarely see the same one for more than a week. Curtains for doors in the bathrooms. Lots of people are going down 400 to other gym for more for the cost.

I've worked in commercial/Olympic weightlifting/ CrossFit gyms for around 14 years and this is one of the more disappointing facilities. Broken machines, bent barbells and little to no enforcement of basic gym etiquette (specifically the wearing of a t shirt when lifting). You can get a peaceful workout in during the day but god help you if you show up after 7. High school/young college age kids stripping off their clothes (on the mainfloor of the gym) in front of staff that aren't on the clock and no one saying anything. I'm shocked there hasn't been a ringworm or hand foot and mouth disease breakout. Counting down the days until onelife opens down the street. The staff seem to be pretty nice on a good note.

He's fine with taking people's money but can not make it right when a customer is not happy. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. The old owners where fantastic and I never had problems with them automatically taking my money and not refunding me. I will never go back here again unless the new owner (Ricardo) sells. Which is sad because I had been going here on and off for about 4 years. Also, as previously stated the machines are constantly out of order and are on their last leg. The gym needs some major updating.

They have made it very difficult to cancel my membership. Beware of all the steps or they will continue to charge you until all steps are completed at least 30 days before it even goes into effect. A very flawed and time consumming process that should be a simple click of a button.
