The owner, Dan Owens, instructs these classes often and will absolutely crush your upper and lower body in the best possible way. He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure every person in the room knows what to do and helps with form if necessary and welcomed. Another great perk is access to the locker rooms and saunas. I feel the entire facility is kept clean and organized. I love the big windows everywhere which allow for a ton of natural light to come inside. I also enjoy using the indoor/outdoor green space on the bottom floor which has a garage door that can open and close depending on the weather. Very nice during Spring, Summer and early Fall. I never feel like I have to wait for equipment to free up, and they do offer complimentary towels at the front desk upon check-in. This athletic club is on ClassPass and I typically just purchase gym time using a couple credits or I sign up for the circuit or conditioning classes.

The customer service is not great - I went in inquiring about a membership and the front desk guy…read morecouldn't care less about me. He shrugged and said "just do it online." This gym also has a smell of cat litter. Not sure if it's the rubber floors or what, but the bottom floor really stinks. Other than those two, a gym is a gym and I'm there to work out. The sauna is nice and gets very hot.

This place has so much potential! The facility itself is beautiful -- spacious, clean, and packed…read morewith great features. I really loved the number of pools, spa areas, and play zones for kids. It's definitely a fun and family-friendly spot. But unfortunately, my visit took a bad turn. I slipped and fell on a very slick floor -- and I hadn't even been in the water yet. There was no caution sign at the spot, and it only appeared hours after my fall. My leg is still sore, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing day. A friend invited me and she's a huge fan of this place, so I really wanted to enjoy it too. But safety should come first. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the floor safety. Sadly, 3 stars from me for now.

Upon arriving, I informed the front desk associate that I had a guest with me and would like to…read morepurchase a guest pass for him. I specifically stated that he was accompanying me. Despite that, the associate responded by asking if I would be the guest. The interaction was surprising and uncomfortable, as it appeared an assumption was made about who held the membership. My guest and I found the comment inappropriate, and it left us questioning whether unconscious bias played a role in the exchange. I believe all members should be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism, regardless of their race or appearance. While this may not have been the associate's intention, the experience left a negative impression and is something management should address through staff training and awareness.

Poor communication, rude and unfriendly attitude The people…read moreat the front desk are very rude and customer unfriendly. I had 2 free passes from the advertisement they did on Facebook. Day 1 - I faced no concerns and they also confirmed that I have another free pass that I can use. When I come the next day, they refuse to honor the second day free pass. They did not even bother to see my free pass email that was unused. They showed no commitment about the confirmation their own staff gave me that I have another free pass. The manager was not present and did not pick up the call. They are just making fool of people with false information. Waste of time. Beware of joining them. The only reason I was planning to join this gym was because of proximity to my home. I would rather go to other gyms who are much more friendly.

I'm a paying customer and should be treated with respect like others…read more I recently canceled my OneLife Fitness membership after nearly six months of attending 5 days a week. During that time, I spent an average of 1-2 hours per visit and did my best to be a respectful member--reracking weights, wiping down equipment, and being considerate of other people in the gym. The reason I canceled wasn't the equipment or the facility. It was the customer service. The towel situation became a constant source of frustration. Instead of greeting members or acknowledging them when they scan in, the front desk staff often appear more interested in avoiding eye contact than providing service. If you want a towel, don't expect anyone to offer one--you have to proactively ask for it almost every time. What made the experience even worse was being repeatedly questioned about whether I was a Premier member after requesting a towel. After coming to the gym nearly every day for half a year, being treated like I was trying to get away with something became exhausting. There is a respectful way to verify membership benefits, and then there is making paying customers feel like they're being challenged or scrutinized. What bothered me most was the lack of basic courtesy. A simple "hello," eye contact, or acknowledgment when members walk in shouldn't be difficult. Instead, I often felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by asking for a service included with the membership I was paying for. Over time, I couldn't help but wonder whether my appearance played a role in how I was being treated. As a minority with visible tattoos, I often felt singled out and scrutinized in ways that other members did not appear to be. While I can't say for certain what motivated the behavior, the repeated questioning and lack of basic courtesy left me feeling that my race and tattoos may have influenced the assumptions being made about me. I'm a combat-disabled veteran. The staff was unaware of my veteran status until I raised my concerns about how I was being treated. Once I mentioned it, their attitude noticeably changed. I was suddenly informed that they offered a VA discount, and the interactions became much friendlier. While I appreciate businesses that support veterans, it was disappointing to see a difference in how I was treated only after revealing my background. Respect and professionalism should be extended to every member from the start, not based on whether someone qualifies for a discount or has a particular status. I chose not to accept the discount and proceeded with canceling my membership. Ultimately, I realized there are too many gyms competing for my business to continue paying for an experience that consistently left me feeling unwelcome. That's why I canceled my membership and chose to take my business elsewhere.

The hot tub is about 4 feet to the right when you exit the women's locker room. without a barrier or signage, someone could easily slip into the empty hot tub and fall directly onto the tile. This makes me so sad since I actually loved my time at this gym. unfortunately, I only got to work…read moreout here for less than two months. When I signed up for the gym with the manager I explained how I'm a single mom with a 15 month old and now I can only work out if I bring her with me. They had just opened a kids club so it was perfect, and I even asked about it closing and what would happen. She told me that I would have at least 1 month notice since you pay for first month and last month when you sign up for both memberships but she also stressed that it will not be closing cause it is doing great and was in high demand. I even have in writing that she does remember telling these things. They closed kids club without warning, not a call or text or email, a piece of paper taped to the door on the final night. I was upset since that's the whole reason I joined this gym and we got a utilize it for less than two months and I've already prepaid for a month that I cannot use now. I was told I had to reach out to corporate about getting my prepaid money refunded to me and there was nothing else they would do for me. I asked for my annual fee refund since I was there for less than 2 months and didn't wanna leave. I was told no since " I'm the one choosing to end my membership", and how I'm welcome to continue my membership without bring my daughter. As I explained to the manager when I first started , that simply isn't an option for me , I quite literally have to bring her with me or I can't go. When I spoke to Corporate I was told that I can take the refund for the prepaid month or I can choose to escalate, but she will purposely mark my request as " none need to Escalate" To ensure nobody calls me back. She said I can accept the month refund and stop asking for my annual fee refund or she will make sure I get refunded NOTHING. So she basically told me to shut up or they will keep my prepaid month for a program that they shut down and now a unless membership. I have to pay an annual fee and start all over at new gym now. I'm beyond disappointed. I don't care that it's no Annual fee refunds in their policy, I think good customer service for something that's out of my hands would be to give me that refund. I will say that the staff at this location have always been kind and taken great care of my daughter when kids club was open, I'm just beyond frustrated with how this has been handled.
