Strongside is a community of incredibly kind people who gather to be a better version of themselves, on a daily basis. The gym is incredibly clean. The people who go daily are so nice, and are always rooting for each other. Lifting each other. I work out among men and women of every shape and size. All of them trying to just be a BETTER version of themselves. A stronger version. A healthier version. As a middle aged woman, that feels wonderful. And the coaches are phenomenal. They push you to go that extra mile. To lift just a little more. To get in JUST ONE MORE REP! PUSH THROUGH!! My coach is Joe and he is absolutely AMAZING! The staff and owners are extremely personable and kind. The gym itself is HUGE and well maintained. They even have a "women only section" which is rare to find. She interviewed me about jiu jitsu... i answered her questions to be denied over and over... why interview me if your rules are to deny me? I worked at 5 tenth planets in Southern California that alone gets me through the door if any 10th planet. I was absolutely mind blown by her arrogance. overall a really bad experience.
