If something does break it's fixed within a day or two. Treadmills and other cardio equipment is all in good working order. Nice variety of free weights. The space is large and well lit. Equipment is decently spaced and easy to move around. There is a nice boxing area as well as designated area for HIIT type work outs. Locker room is always clean. You do need to bring your own lock. There are a variety of sized lockers and always more than enough to choose from. The sauna has ceramic tile floors which is kind of odd in my opinion as I am used to (and prefer) wood. My main complaint and the reason for only giving three stars is the music. Not only am I not a fan of the type of my music usually being played but also the volume. It is extremely loud and for no good reason. It literally sounds like a night club in there most of the time. It's annoying. If they could just turn down the volume a little so I don't need my NOISE CANCELLING headphones turned all the way up just to drown out their music I would give this place 5 stars.

They have now gone through 2 and half billing cycles talked to about 4 to 5 people between the horrible treatment on and off the property of said coach, who went through the system to get my personal information to retaliate for contacting upper management on his gross behavior, pursuing me and other members at the same time, giving free lessons to nonmembers, (I guess if you used to play for Intennse the rules don't apply), asking for things with other members and myself, threatening, even treating junior players bad. The list goes on where corporate does not care. Do not go to them about anything, they will not help you. I still have not been refunded, it shows in the system as zero balance, after continuing to be treated like I was the problem when in actually it's was the club. It is so disappointing when all I did was try to support them for years. I spent at least 30k at this club supporting their programs. Took so many lessons and tried to help as much as I could. It didn't matter who it was I showed every employee from every department respect and became friends with a few, to be so disrespected in the end. I would never have came here if I knew this was going to be the outcome.
