I met Daniel as a referral from a family member…read more To tell you how awesome Daniel really is, he initially offered to meet up to make the repairs on the same day! The timing couldn't work for me as I had to go to work a little bit later, so Daniel ended up coming hy to complete the job and some 2 days later. He quoted me a fair price for some simple repairs, and went above and beyond with the patching for a couple of chips in my wall. He completed about 5+ tasks within 30 mins. His price was beyond fair, and he included materials in the price quoted. Will definitely use him in the future and high recommend to anybody needing exceptional Handyman/Contractor work! 5 star service guaranteed!

He initially quoted me a price of $750 but a few days later showed up with an invoice for $2100 and told me he needed half the money immediately. I called him $1100 for a job that he was incapable of doing. I have proof of what I just stated. More than 2 weeks down the road I had to hire Tim Betts to do the job I had already paid Daniel Wharton aka High Roller Handyman to do. My development banned him from the property. He also stole some of my materials. The only reason I didn't file a police report is because he live close to me and I walk a lot. I didn't want to chance him trying to harm me.

We had just purchased a 15-year-old house that looked every day of its 15 years. One of the…read moreprojects we wanted was to redo the kitchen cabinets. They were the light wood grained cabinets you find all over LV. Our first thought was to have them painted white and we got prices on that. Then we met Brain, the owner of Fine Interiors who said he had a process that fills in the grain of the wood and then paint them. He showed us samples and we loved the look. The cabinets now all look brand new. The surface is perfectly smooth and no sign of the old looking wood grain. Brian's team kept every promise, every appointment and were neat, tidy and trustworthy. They took off all of the faces of the cabinets and drawers and brought them back and went to work on the facings of the cabinets. Not an easy process which took two days but once done makes the kitchen look brand new. The job was done as promised, on-time and at the exact quote, they gave us. They do a lot of other work and we will consider them in the future. We dealt with a lot of contractors during this remodel and Brain is at the top of our list.

Before I get into more detail about Odin Handyman Services and Andre, I want to first and foremost…read moresay this: he is honest, shows integrity, communicates clearly, and does not take advantage of anyone. My family and I have had the pleasure of working with Andre for more than 3 years now, and he has earned our complete trust. He has been in my home alone, and I can leave without ever worrying about a single item missing or broken. He is 100% honest and consistently delivers solid work. On Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025, Andre came by to install two garage ceiling racks (photos posted). As always, he did an excellent job--measuring carefully, using a stud finder, and ensuring the racks were securely mounted into studs. While he was there, I asked for a rough estimate for laminate flooring in three bedrooms and one bathroom. Andre suggested vinyl flooring instead, and after doing my own research, I decided to go with vinyl. True to his word, within two days he came back with a detailed and fair quote, and I decided to use him again for this larger project. On Monday, September 9th, 2025, at approximately 8 a.m., Andre arrived to start demo and install the vinyl. During demo, his team members, Nikolie and Kamil, arrived to assist--and once again I was impressed. Both were professional, polite, and easy to talk with. Together, the team delivered excellent results. By the end of the day, the job was fully completed, exactly as Andre had promised. I've posted photos of the finished work so others can see the quality for themselves. I could have gone with a big flooring business that would have added extra charges for everything, but I chose Andre--and I do not regret it. The work looks amazing in every room. To show just how rare his integrity is: the night of completion, after payment, Andre reviewed the invoice and realized I had overpaid. Without hesitation, he immediately tried to reach me. I didn't see his call until the next morning, but the very first thing he did was call, explain the mistake, apologize, and return the money. That kind of honesty is not common, and it reinforced why I trust him so much. As a homeowner who has struggled in the past to find a reliable handyman, I can't say this enough--Andre is not only skilled and dependable, but he is genuinely trustworthy. I would hand him the keys to my home, my vehicle, even my wallet, and I would never have a single doubt. If you are looking for someone who stands by both his work and his word, Andre is the one you want.

After looking for a reliable & knowledgeable handyman for 7 years, I found Lance Gonzales through…read morea friend of mine. Two times I was told to call a plumber after different handymen left me with a leak. That was very frustrating & disappointing. Today Lance came over (punctually) to look at a dishwasher, garage door, sliding screen door, front door lock, and to change some light bulbs in a high ceiling. He was here for 2 - 2.5 hours and saved me money! My dishwasher stopped working suddenly. Although I probably needed a new one (2006), I wanted it checked out first. Lance checked the electrical & water connections which were fine. He removed the inside door panel and found that the part which pressed on a sensor (to stop/start unit) had broken off. It could not be repaired so he drilled a small hole in the outside of the door to hold that piece in place. SUCCESS! !! Saved me from purchasing a new one. He also worked on my front door because keys I had made at 2 different places were sticking/not working. He filed the wood the deadbolt goes into, adjusted the door height, and sprayed WD-40. Finally I don't have to "stand a certain way" and hurt my fingers to unlock my door. What a relief! He bent some metal back which was hitting another metal piece when the garage door opened (especially when the sun had been setting on it during the summer). It was making loud banging noises while opening & closing. Anything to extend the life of those expensive doors. He cleaned and oiled the tracks of my patio sliding screen door & greatly eased opening & shutting. Finally, he changed 2 ceiling light bulbs which were too high for me to reach with a step stool. On the phone Lance told me that he stands behind his work & a handshake means something to him. 1997 was the last time someone told me that about himself (a landlord). He was 100% reliable & trustworthy. I have no doubt that Lance is too. I found his prices to be reasonable - especially as he guarantees his work.
