I am extremely great full I chose Security National Mortgage. Being self employed sometimes makes you think you have limited options, it's definitely more work and I appreciate all the time that was put into my situation , finding me the best loans and interest rates possible. Vincent was highly engaged from the start and worked diligently to get the financing correct. My situation was complicated so it was immeasurably important having someone who was engaged and knowledgeable about the various loan options and processes.

    I was contacted by these brothers and at first they were very friendly and seemingly helpful. I…read moreprovided everything needed within one day and was told everything was moving along. The first red flag should have been when they ran credit without giving me a heads up. I was willing to let that go. Disclosures were sent to me twice which I signed. All of a sudden in the middle of the process without any notice there was a slight delay in their communication. I was then told that they were in the middle of changing companies and that's the reason why. When I asked about the changing of companies and why I wasn't notified of this I was told it wasn't going to impact me at all and in fact it was going to be a better process and refi. It was even going to save money. I was told a 3rd set of disclosures weee going to be sent, which never came. Day after day and week after week at this point I was told there would be an appraiser contacting me. Each time this did not come to fruition. Days and days went on and it seemed somewhat strange that the once communicative Charles was now MIA. Eventually I reached him and he told me he was also going to reach out the same day, what a coincidence. At that point he told me that the old and the new company were both now having separate issues. One was with the fha and the property and the other with DTI. I provided what I was told would be very helpful for the type of loan issue and that I would hear back by noon the next day. The first company also ran credit and apparently didn't calculate correctly. So that was another mistake....Guess what, not only did I not hear back the next day, but 4 days later I still had not heard back. I reached out to Vincent with no response. Charles later texted back saying he was sick and that he was sorry but they couldn't meet the required timeframe and that they were doing their best. I let him know this was not how to handle this type of situation thru text and he said he would probably feel better and would contact me the following day which again he did not. At this point I reached out to the supposed new company and I'm waiting to hear back from them. Something is fishy and I will be reporting them to the BBB. I tried multiple times to resolve with them directly and they stopped responding. Maybe Vincent is sick too. Never had an issue such as this in my life. Btw: Lione Capital website is mysteriously not working. Apparently they are between companies, so I was told, and they are now also working with West Capital Lending. Calls left with them were not returned. My property management company told be to beware of them after he talked to them and he was right! Do not work with or trust these brothers. Something is off for sure.

Im a 100 % disabled veteran from the Vietnam Era and I found out what people say "thank you for your service" Eli means it in a real sense of the words.. Mr. Barlow does not play games, he means what he say's and his word is like having a gold bar in your hand. He is patient and listens to his customer. I have used three brokers in the past and none has been greater than Mr. Barlow, not even close. So listen, to what I say, use no one else.     Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with consistently. I call in twice a month…read morewithout fail, and every single time the experience is frustrating. Their system will not allow bi-monthly payments to be made online and properly applied to your loan, so you're forced to call in just to have your payments processed correctly. Each call begins with five minutes of redundant and excessive verification questions, including whether I occupy the home, which I've answered dozens of times. I'm told it's for "verification," but there's no real way for them to confirm that anyway, so what's the point of repeating it twice a month? Then I'm asked--every single time--how I prefer to be contacted: call, text, or email. I've answered this repeatedly, and now I simply refuse to respond because it's absurd and unnecessary. Some reps let it go, but more than half become rude or downright confrontational, insisting I answer before proceeding. And if you ask to speak with a manager? Good luck. You'll usually be told they won't transfer you unless you're "fully verified," which is not true--I've been transferred before without going through the full script. It feels like they just make up rules to avoid helping you. I've left reviews before, and I'm clearly not the only one there are hundreds of complaints about this same poor service. Yet nothing ever changes. This company seems committed to making things as inconvenient and frustrating as possible for their customers.
