But when you charge the prices they do and take as long as they did to make. I cannot rate it any higher. Would not come back for food.

They have books, they have games, they have scheduled events (paint night for example) and they have a good variety of bakery items and hot sandwiches among other things. What a fun atmosphere! So I thought I saw a Dunkin Doughnuts on Commander Sheppard a while ago, but I didn't pay it any…read moremind. I really thought it was connected to the gas station just like the ones on Mercury BLVD. Well it is and it isn't connected to the gas station. This DD, has been built inside of the drive through car wash that was in the parking lot of the gas station. Now they did it right. No slam bam thank you mam construction. But when you first see it, it is not a given on whether you can walk in or if it is drive in only. After driving around the structure once, I realized that it was Drive through only. When I pulled up, the young lady who took my order was so pleasant that it really made my day and got me going. She kindly explained that the Gucci doughnuts I wanted had a .50 up-charge. I said, no problem and I was off to the pickup window to get my 2 doughnuts. The only downside to not walking in is that you can't see the available doughnuts. You have to know what you want or take a gander at the pictures on the drive through marquee. My Gucci Doughnuts were not pictured. That being said, DD has some pretty decent breakfast options that will rival the meals available at McDonald's and Hardee's. I'll be back.

Lazy incompetent staff!!! For some reason everytime we come…read morehere on Sundays the older women working always claim their "frozen drink machine is broken" even though they literally are just putting ice into a blender. Today was the 3rd Sunday they've tried to give excuses to not be able to make our frozen drinks. Last week it was "we are out of the cocoa powder" and the week before it was "our machine is broken, we can't make frozen drinks". Oddly enough I could see into the kitchen with a perfectly good blender. Also after they said they were out of the cocoa powder they ended up bringing out our frozen chocolate drink like two minutes later . It's usually a bunch of younger employees standing around watching their older "supervisor" or whoever lie to customers so they don't have to make frozen drinks... idk what else they need to save time for. There wasn't even anyone else in line. I'll definitely be sticking to Starbucks. They're all basically the same price now a days anyway. Also peep the hashbrowns we received. Apparently these are acceptable.
