Since we were going to have a rope drop plan early at the Disneyland Resort, I needed something fast! As soon as we got up in the morning, I went to the Walgreens right next door to the Hilton Anaheim hotel located by the Convention Center It really worked out as the perfect way to rescue my morning. The store was open very early, not too crowded, and had every travel essential that I needed. In just minutes I was able to get toothpaste and a hairbrush, along with a few extra snacks to take with me to the park. Also, because of its great location, it would be an excellent place to visit if you are staying at one of the many local hotels or if you plan on taking the short walk to Disneyland. Walgreens is definitely one of those stores you will hope you never have to go into on your vacation however, you will be extremely happy that it is there when you do! Getting to that Walgreens helped me to quickly save my morning and get ready for the day and the long lines, on some of the rides, hours before the park opened!

I see other reviewers have noted the Disney merchandise is cheaper here than in the park. I'm quite sure they charged less for bottled water and soft drinks than the kiosks at Disneyland, where I ended up buying both in the following days. I wouldn't go out of my way to shop at this Walgreens, but I'd definitely recommend buying provisions if you happen to be there mere hours before a weekend in Disneyland. You might save $20 on beverages by learning from my mistake.

Unlike most gas stations just off the freeway, the gas prices here are affordable and just as competitve as the smaller scale ampm's & 7/11 gas stations a few blocks east on Euclid. The good thing about this location is the store is 24 hours - there's always an attendant on deck. However, there's nothing really stand-out about the attendants here, as the transaction handling is as expected and forgettable. The restrooms located inside the store is clean, but does require a key. The pump lot is bright, clean, and I have never come across any pan-handlers. The lights are always on and I feel pretty safe pumping here alone any time of the night. I've never had any issues with the carwash here, and always get a wash whenever I'm in a timecrunch. Washes are discounted if you pump of 8 gallons of gas. I'm really anal about making sure my windshield is always clean. The only thing I've noticed about this location is that annoys me is that there never seems to be any paper towels available outside by the squeegies.
