Instead of acknowledging that there might be a problem, she chose to scold me like I was a child. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability. There was no apology, just continued blame. Based on how management responds to other reviews, it seems like this kind of behavior is encouraged, where staff assume they are always right regardless of the situation. Really disappointing experience.
