This gas station belongs in a Stephen King novel. Women, if you're alone, don't fill up here at night. From first look, it ticks all the boxes: Lots of pumps, in the same lot as a drive through Starbucks, it's right by the freeway entrance. But the way it's organized, I saw two near-misses of people backing out of the parking spots outside Starbucks, too close to the area around the gas pumps behind it. The pump kept shutting off every half gallon, it was a joke. Determined to make it work, I tried the catch on the pump (didn't work) then just tried different pressures to keep the gas flowing. After I filled up and moved outside Starbucks. I got seriously eyeballed in the most predatory way by this guy who then parked across the frontage road and watched me from his rear view mirror. There's a weird vibe around this station, I wouldn't stop here after dark. read more

Conveniently located off of the high way exit and next to a McDonalds, we were looking for a place to make a pit stop and decided to also top off on some gas while we were here. Didn't have any issues finding an open station, filled up, and was on our way a few minutes later. Can't speak to the Food Mart that is here as we didn't go inside. read more

Multiple pumps not working for various obvious and non-obvious reasons. No discount for a car wash (lowest price for basic wash $13). Only cash accepted inside. Receipt did not print. Car wash itself blocked by a overloaded shopping car and some kind of fur hat (?). Lots of space and well-lit, but about the most mediocre experience you could get. read more

My wife was HARASSED by employee!!! My wife and I stopped at this gas station for a quick restroom break and to grab something to drink on our way back from San Francisco. We had a 2 month old baby with us so my wife went inside first while I watched our baby. She called me and told me she was verbally HARASSED by the employee. She felt very uncomfortable and unsafe so she asked me to come and get her, she was in the restroom. She was pretty shook up. It was around 10pm and it was a Mexican Male mopping the floor. He made some very inappropriate comments to my wife and gave a nasty stare at her. She told me he was by the front door mopping. When I went inside the store with our baby, he was mopping next to the restroom my wife was in. I went over and confronted him and asked him who's the manager. His boss was right outside the store, I went over to him with my wife and our baby and told him the situation, this boss of his didn't even look at us, all he said was I don't know what happened there but I'll talk to him. He went inside and walked right past this employee without saying a word. My wife was pretty shook by the way she was treated at this store. This Chevron earns its low rating simply for the surrounding area. (I'm sorry Chevron. I love your Techron gas and clean restrooms otherwise.) I assure you I will never forget to check the gas levels before heading north again! The creepy level is off the charts here ladies! It was almost like getting gas near the Tenderloin or 6th St in the city! I happen to be riding alone this day and felt nothing but uncomfortable here. Ogling guys, stray, drug fueled homeless and disheveled locals were the usual characters. I payed at the pump but needed to use the ladies' room before my destination to wine country. I waited for an intoxicated, druggie-looking guy harassing females verbally to leave the quickie mart entrance before going in. Once I saw him retreat under a tree to his equally F-ed up comrad at the chain link fence, I preambulated. Inside, I spotted a guy fast asleep, head rested on a two top table nestled against the trash receptacle behind him. Wow. Amazingly enough the women's restroom wasn't disgusting, but I do not recommend stopping here for a damn thing. All this was happening in the middle of the day. For gas, great. There's a taco restaurant Inside and there needs to be training on food sanitation. I've noticed poor hygiene before- flies on the counter. Never sanitizing counters. Food left and than starting new order. With that- stopped ordering. Today at 8:30am.. starving. Thought I'd try once more. Ordered 2 steak tacos. The maker was hidden behind a display eating. No problem. Until she licked numerous fingers and started to put gloves on. Not actually WASH her hands with soap. I just became disgusted. Order cancelled- McDonalds is in the same lot. Last night I had the worst customer service encounter at this gas station.. I work with the public as well (bartender and former Starbucks barista for 7 years) so I know all the ins & outs of dealing with people on a daily basis for 8 or so hours every day. We are all entitled to a bad day. But this person was NOT entitled to treat me the way he did: I waited in line & when it became my turn, another customer walked back inside saying the man working screwed up his transaction.. So this same man decides to cut me off, put his hand in my face and rudely tells me to hold on. When he was done, I stated I wanted gas & he glares at me & says "it will cost you an extra dollar if you don't know your pump number". I said I wanted $5 on pump 9 while looking behind him just to double check.. I was about to tell him which scratchers I wanted when he sticks his hand in my face again & rudely says to HOLD ON. I finally get my scratchers & leave, & the pump would not register my money. I go back inside for him to be even more rude, in front of other customers, claiming someone else got my gas that I had paid for & did not even offer to help fix it let alone even figure it out. When I mentioned I could not afford another $5 for gas he rolled his eyes and turned his back on me to help a different person. This time my boyfriend went in and the man blatantly LIES saying I was "running around the store all crazy trying to figure out her pump number" & swears it was MY fault because I gave him the "wrong number". When my boyfriend asked him which pump number I had said by mistake, the man said he "didn't know" & out of nowhere threatened to call the police. Once my boyfriend agreed & told him to call, the man backed down. I finally came back in extremely irritated at this point to find him MOCKING me to other customers & acting like I was the one over stepping the line. He then tells me he put $5 on my pump & rolls his eyes while saying "next time you need to say the CORRECT number so we can avoid this annoying incident" (ha! there will be NO next time) & I told him that next time he might want to LISTEN correctly & to drop the attitude. This doesn't even give it the credit it deserves. I can't think of any other time I've felt as offended, humiliated & downright disrespected as I did yesterday & this chevron will never get my business again (which is a shame since the chevron by my house is wonderful with an amazing staff). read more

Rude, disrespectful & unprofessional clerk on 9/11, here said "you look like you've been pumping gas awhile" when asked which grade to use, as she said they only have "Premium" available, but the grades shown other than regular are Supreme & Plus, it doesn't say "Premium". After another interaction with someone else today, gives me the impression they don't worry about reprimands here and believe they can treat customers anyway they please. I arranged to speak with the District Manager today who had stepped out, so a woman I assume a Manager says " I guess I'm supposed to speak to you, what's up"? Wow! Really, no stars in my opinion. I hope the District Manager sees this has a teaching moment and seriously reprimands the clerk with the ageism remark. Heck, train the entire staff. read more

The best gas station in Vallejo! They sell burritos to! I was kinda iffy about trying them but they are delicious! I can come and get gas and buy my lottery and my lunch! I love across town and I still come to this station. The customer service is great ! They are super friendly very attentive and always seem like they are enjoying their job. I usually come during the day I've come late at night but the night crew is very rude and disrespectful. But still my favorite station! During the day. Haha! Like this gas station for a few good reasons. One it's open 24/7 and two its conveniently located off of 80 East. I normally stop by to use their restroom which is not the best but also not the worst. The only reason I'm giving it a four stars rating is due to their unfriendly staff. They need to encourage them to apply more of the customer service oriented attitude rather than just being cashiers. read more

I've go here a lot in the mornings and Customer service is great here! I've bin here many times and seen them deal with crazy customers and handle it in the best way they can! Way better then I would ever be able to handle any situation like the ones I've seen them go threw ! Breakfast burritos are my favorite !
