Their tone always poses as an inconvenience to them when asking about stock and availability. 4/5 times when I do visit this Costco and ask in person, I get nasty unwanted attitude. Napa, Fairfield and Vallejo are the complete opposite. They are almost always super friendly and never make me feel unwanted.

Hello, If I could…read moregive zero stars, I would. I was running a Shipt job and had to get gas asap. I went here because it was the closest gas station and I was running low. I pull in, go to use my card in the reader and I can't even read the screen to see what I'm selecting. It was so fogged up and damaged that I had to guess what the selections were based on the few letters I could see. Then, after several attempts, I select my gas and pump for about two seconds. It then stops on me. I keep squeezing the gas lever and it's not coming out. I ended up having to go in and tell the attendant I was having issues on the pump. Luckily, my mom was with me and told me it was now working. Who wants to deal with that drama when you are trying to get somewhere fast? Fix the screens, or don't sell the gas! Sincerely, I'm-never-going-back-there!

This employee EMILY everytime me and my fellow relatives come in to purchase gas for some reason she picks and chooses who to greet and say hi to or acknowledge. I mean we didn't do anything to her but I think she is being a racist. A simple hello TO EVERYONE goes a long way specially when you in customer service and dealing out there with the public.
