Serviced anyone who dropped by to pick up packages or photos. Continuously went to the front desk between steps. Lightened the photo so much that there was no definition between skin tone and background. Would 100% be rejected. Tried two more times to process it properly. Didn't understand the circles and how to position the photo on the screen. Didn't understand the background color. Eventually after about 2 hrs left without photos to try another shop.

My wife has had the same experiences multiple times here as well. Staff don't seem willing to do more than what is minimally required to get you to leave. I finally switched pharmacies as it is much quicker to walk into a store and get a prescription from a well-run facility than driving through here.

They didn't use a professional camera. They were using an outdated looking small pocket digital camera (the kind people used to have before iPhone!). Well, to my surprise, I go to pick up the prescription and the price is over $300.00, with insurance (no longer the government issue, commercial issue now). It wasn't that I didnt have the money to pay for it, I want my wife to get better. I would pay $1k if I had to, just so my wife could get rid of this crud. But it was the sticker shock of what the cost was before, compared to now. Janea "The pharmacist" must have seen the look on my face, and proceeded to tell me about a program that I could apply for, that could bring the cost of the medicine down in price and possibly save me a couple hundred dollars. She gave me the paper to call, which I texted to my wife, within a matter of few minutes she was approved, gave her a card to show to the pharmacist, which she emailed to me, and I kid you not, the bill for the Paxlovid came down from over $300.00 down to $0.00 out of pocket! Most employee's would not go out of their way to help their customers save money in this day in age. Seeing on the Walgreens website that this location accepted my insurance off I went to get in line for their walk in clinic. Upon arrival I checked into the electronic kiosk (one of two at this location, which are found at the rear of the store near the pharmacy). I was surprised to see that appointments were booked solid for the next three hours (darn back to school sports physicals!). Little had I known that I should have made an appointment online ahead of coming in. You live and you learn I guess. What did I do? I hung around, and hung around some more. During my hangout session I checked out some of the goods. Including but not limited to bright colored stuffed animals, essential oils, and take home tests upon tests. Thankfully for me two appointments backed out at the last minute as the Dr. was unable to administer vaccinations to persons under 7 years old. In I went for some friendly chatting, a rapid strep test, and a prescription for some much needed medication. Dr. Vantol could not have been any sweeter. So friendly, courteous, professional, and approachable (he even recommended a great new book for me to read, which I've already placed on hold at the library). I highly recommend Walgreens for your clinic care needs. They have options for those with and without insurance making it affordable and accessible for all.

I understand it was 8:30pm, but I looked online and it says the photo hours are until 10pm so it's not an excuse to tell me "see how the lights are off? That means it's closed. We have no one working that right now" when I asked about the hours being different online. He could not even give me a straight answer as to what the hours even are for the photo processing area. He said my best bet would be before 8pm, sometimes maybe even before 7pm, but gave me no specifics on that. I don't write reviews like ever, but I have never had such a rude interaction from just asking about hours when I found out the hours online aren't reflected in store.
