This place is GROSS! I've never read Yelps that were more accurate to my experience. The standard,…read more"If I could give this place zero stars, I would" fits. My partner used to come here daily, but is done with the place due to poor treatment from the awful staff. With few exceptions (Goldie), the staff is terrible. They are rude and dishonest. One of them attempted to charge me for an item I brought INTO the store. An item they don't even sell! When brought to his attention instead of a mea culpa, he just brushed it off like it was no big deal. He knew exactly what he was doing and just tried to get over. The store itself, while in a prime location, is a bit rundown. They need to upgrade the coffee machines and coffee service in general. Other 7/11s I've been to recently, have more options and different/newer machines. If you make it early enough, I suggest going to Dunkin across the street for a coffee fix. So, isn't Slurpee what 7/11 is known for? Star of the show, product that put them on the map? Considering it's the signature drink, their Slurpee situation is often out of order! It's like Starbucks sans coffee. And being just a little amusing, they never have the Apple Fritter in stock! Maybe this is a smaller store and they don't have space for every item, but c'mon, the fritter!? They went from being open 24 hours, to closing at one, then 12, oops, I mean "11:45" as I was told one day after walking in around 11:25. Service has gone from decent to, "I don't care if this store closes". Instead, I go to My Deli a bit farther on Grand. If I desperately need a 7/11 only product, I hit the better stocked and staffed store on Tenafly. They always seem to have Apple Fritters!

There was no greeting from the owner, just the voice of Judge Judy as I stepped foot into a very congested tiny store. The greeting rack was filled with protein bars and brands I didn't recognize. I took a quick lap around eyeing for something I could purchase to break this $20 bill. I ended up at the counter with a purchase of Juicy Fruit gum for $1.60. This lil knick knack store seems ideal for a midnight-2am run for toothpaste, deodorant, shoelaces, hat, gloves lol Suggestion to Store owner, you might want to consider a better organizational plan for such a small space.

He interrogated me about the size of the package and the date that it was dropped off. I answered him and shared the date on the UPS notice, which I had handed to him, and told him the information about the date it was delivered to his store from the UPS website. He very reluctantly went to look for the package in his crowded, smelly store, and he asked me if the package could be addressed to someone else. I told him my daughter's name. He proceeded to grill me on her age, WHY her last name was different than mine, and how I needed to provide identification for her and refused to give me the package. He made me text her and provide him with her school ID. Then, he proceeded to tell me that I should not allow her to purchase packages in her own name! The store was dirty, crowded and smelled, and the owner was rude and inappropriate. Do not shop here. I'm filing a complaint with UPS.

The coffee for one is great if you happen to be in a location that has the machines that grind the beans fresh for each cup. Unfortunately, each location is different and some still have the old glass carafes of brewed coffee sitting on burners for unknown time periods. Also, I've found some stores to be absolute dumps and others to be immaculately clean. Another high point of 7-11 are their fresh baked cookies and some other baked goods, which you won't find in all locations either. My first visit to this 7-11 location uncovered a shockingly delicious and unexpected find...the barbecued chicken wings! The were delicious. They were grilled and not fried and looked and tasted like they were made on a barbecue. The sauce was also tangy, smoky, slightly sweet, and slightly spicy. As a rewards member I scored 10 of these meaty and juicy wings for just $5. I can only hope that the other locations selling these wings can maintain the same consistency. Stay tuned to find out.

This 7-eleven is A WRECK!…read more Lat night I ran in to purchase a few items. When I get to the register, the cashier is standing behind the counter eating a ham cheese sandwich and drinking coffee. Ok. Well the coffee isn't so bad, but the sandwich?? All I could think of was the all the nasty, dirty money this woman was handling while eating; all those germs . Then I attempt to pay, something went wrong, so I had to do it again. I had to stand there and wait as she polished off the rest of the sandwich, gobble now some nuggets, and wash it down with coffee before she cleared up the issue. Having said all that, it's your typical 7-Elven; beware of the coffee late night though. They're usually quick about ringing you up. Let me tell you about the bums. They are always there at night. There's a man with a pony tail that opens the door for you as a means to get a money. Then if you don't give him anything he gets mad. Last night he was arguing with a woman, probably his girlfriend. So was angry so she walked away and called over her shoulder, "Im telling my son you used all the money from panhandling to buy crack!" She was about not getting some crack for herself JFC. Anyways... Stay the hell out of this Seven-11 if you can help it.

They apparently only wear gloves for hot dogs and when I complained they became irate. I wonder what the US Food and Drug Administration would have to say about that policy, especially considering they are handling money all day. I'm never going there again... beware. I'm also bothered by the fact that they only hire East Indians.. and this is NOT what this country is about, and that needs to change.
