Here we get extraordinary service from the Pharmacists and their staff (except the store's manager). Vijaya, Meena, Peter and Nancy always greets us with a smile, they're kind, cordial and highly knowledgable. I would have given it 5 stars, but I gave it 4 instead, because the manager won't allow patrons to use their restroom, she said it's for employees only. I've been coming to this Duane Reade for years and my commute home takes about 90 minutes and I am in need to use the restroom by the time I arrive to pick up my medication, but she tells me to go to Starbucks to use it instead. I mean, I am a customer of Duane Reade NOT Starbucks. How ridiculous is it not to allow or have restroom for patrons?
