I don't drink cabernet. We took a drive back the next day with no receipt and the owner let us exchange for another - he remembered her and said she didn't need her receipt! That's customer service. We contacted the store at 9:54 pm and spoke to the sales associate who informed us that we could return it for an exchange the following day since the store was closing in 5 minutes. The sales associate also acknowledged that he did not provide a receipt at the point of sales. When we contacted the store on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, the sales associate passed the call to "Doug", the store manager, who informed me that he will not exchange the product, I will have to contact the manufacturer. I filed an official complaint with BBB!
