Look this is a wawa. There are plenty around. The standard fare from hot foods to convenience…read morestore goodies and lots of coffees. Every now and then you stumble upon some unique flavored chips that you haven't seen before. This location also has gas. What makes this review-worthy: The staff. There are a few gems here that are extra polite and always have a smile no matter the time or the weather. This goes for both the inside staff and outside staff. Even the customers seem happy and conversational! It's our go-to for that very reason.

Case in point this solid spot here in Springfield where the never-ending flow of freshly brewed Coffee is always at the ready as well as some super tasty made-to-order food options to go along with it.   Service here is friendly and efficient whenever I'm grabbing my stuff no matter what time of day or how busy they always seem to have great attitudes. I'm finding that one recurring theme with this chain seems to be that no matter which location I'm at, they all are pretty consistent with their service, value, and overall convenience while their competitors differ from store to store and sometimes fall flat. Generally I'm in there buying scratch tickets and vapes for my wife. Man do we sound like trash. Which we're not. I mean vapes are gross. I get that. She's tried to quit. It's not easy. It's an addiction. And I'm buying scratch tickets because I'm thinking if I'm going to 7-11 to get vapes, which I hate, what's in it for me? So I buy a scratch ticket. That's always fun. And the guys will always wish you good luck when you buy it. And not in a perfunctory way. Like they really mean it. Now I don't win. Nobody wins. Scratch tickets are for suckers. That isn't their fault. One time I won $3. That was a good day. Oh and they have a wide variety of snacks. And beverages. If you've never been in one. I'm sure some people have not. Next time I go I will take more pictures. They also have hot food. I don't see myself eating hot food from 7-11. Even if I'm buying scratch tickets and vapes. Oh, and fireworks! Lots of fireworks which is probably seasonal. Sometimes when I go in to buy vapes the guy will pretend I look too young to buy them. I am in my fifties! I don't look too young! Oh how we laugh. The lady who works the morning shift her attitude is despicable. I came in with 3 scratch off tickets . 1 won a free ticket , 1 $1 and the last one $20 . I bought a water and Reese's and asked for 2 of the same tickets . She gave me 2 tickets and my change and that was it . I then asked what happened to the free ticket and she told me that's what's in my hand . I explained to her that i wanted 3 tickets . The free one , and 2 i was purchasing . With an attitude she said to me give me a $1 I'll give you another ticket . That is not how this works . She basically took my free ticket . It was way too early to be that grumpy. This isn't the first experience of that from her either.

These people are so rude. I waited over 5 minutes for pick up and when I called, the lady had a…read morenasty attitude and asked if I was outside or in the pharmacy because people mostly do pickup at the latter. Why have an option to pick your parking spot if you drive up to a window??? She left me on hold for 3 minutes and came outside. Trying to seek clarification, I tried to call my wife but unfortunately the call went immediately to voicemail. I do recall that she was getting her teeth cleaned at the dentist, so I now had only two options: 1) Wait until the cleaning was completed 2) Go to the pharmacy and just buy what I believed she requested. They should consider putting it behind the front cashier instead like some other places that don't have a 24-hr pharmacy.
