Never coming back here pizza was and burnt and bad customer service and not respectful

False Advertising! The Ice cream case has a sign that states "Ben & Jerry's Ice cream 2 for $7." If you buy their Ben Jerry's ice cream, you know that's a good deal. I get to you register & the associate proceeds to tell me my total is $9. I don't hesitate & tell him I have to grab another $1 from my car. Walking back I realize that would mean $2 in tax. What?! So I tell him the sign says 2 for $7. He says, "That's for the 711 brand." I say no, the sign says Ben & Jerry's & it has a picture of Ben & Jerry's Pint ice cream. He says no, "the ice cream is scanning regular price." Well, that's not my problem now is it. And that's false advertising. He should have totally honored what the sign said. I say, never mind, give me back my money. I can take my business elsewhere. Also, turn the music down. We're not at a club. read more

After getting the dry hard taqitos, I went back today for other stuff and mentioned it to the associate quietly and the manager heard it and was wondering what happened, I told him and he wanted to replace them for me.. they are good this time, thank you! read more

Dude that works graveyard shift on a Monday is absolutely horrible, he couldn't even bother putting his phone down to hand me a bag then when it was to much to get the bag to open he just puts it down on the counter for me to do nd he just stands there like a idiot pretending he didn't just do that. read more

This place has bad customer service! Most of the employees act like they hate their jobs. They look and act like they don't want to be there, don't wear masks, and I saw an employee drinking something behind the counter in front of customers. Why work there then? And that same guy just mumbled something I couldn't make out and throws the bag at me. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

2 1/2 stars. This place is a hit and miss. Sometimes the food is good sometime it isn't. Really depends on who's there that day. That also goes for the customer service they provide. I really like this location because it's close and easy to walk to and it's right by the bank. Beware of parking though. There's not much since three facilities use it all at once. I just wish they did something about the homeless men outside. Having to walk in there at night is a bit scary since they get a lil to close for comfort when they're high/drunk/talking to themselves cause you don't know what they're goin to do. read more

I come here every week they already know me. I go in get what I want and leave. It's not that hard it's not a restaurant for all you complaining about customer service etc. The place gets packed yes it has its busy days but it's whatever. I never had a problem with them. read more

This guy "angel" has the nerv to pick up dirty cups from the floor, stack them back in claiming that the cups are money and I told him it wasn't healthy. he doesn't care he said. Where is his boss!? I wouldn't give them any stars, that place has really bad customer service. read more
