I went to the store twice to pick it up, only to be told this morning that a male individual had already picked up my package. How was my package released to someone who was not me? Was identification checked? Who signed for it? I asked to see the signature associated with the pickup and requested that they review the surveillance video to determine who took my package. They refused. This is extremely concerning. A package requiring a signature should not simply be handed over to the wrong person. I am not accusing any specific employee of taking my package, but I absolutely believe CVS needs to investigate how my package disappeared while it was in their care and who authorized its release. I will be filing complaints with both CVS and UPS and requesting a formal investigation. Until CVS can explain what happened, I would not trust this location with another UPS package.

About a month ago, I waited in line for nearly 20 minutes while Jocelyn was on her phone before she began assisting waiting customers. Today, I experienced similar unprofessional behavior. Before I reached the counter, I noticed her rolling her eyes at an elderly customer who was putting her wallet away. When it was my turn, I explained that I was helping my mother with a purchase using a medical card. I requested to refund and recharge the items to understand which items were not eligible. In response, Jocelyn continued to roll her eyes and make dismissive comments under her breath. She then called her manager, Jade, who stepped in and successfully completed the transaction for us. As a regular customer at this location, I find these interactions very disappointing and uncomfortable. I've only really gone here for their pharmacy to pick up antibiotics due to a really bad and really mucus-y infection or to get my COVID/flu and cold shot in the past. There's almost always a line at the pharmacy and I also had to wait a bit for any shots. They do their best, but again, large patient population and limited staff. But at least on the pharmacy side, staff is very polite and do their best to be efficient. Never really found any sale items or weird energy drinks or sodas that caught my eyes, but unless I really need something, Walgreens isn't my place to go.

I came back the next day for an even exchange, but the customer service was very poor. The employee at the front seemed confused about my issue, so I had to explain it several times. Eventually, she asked the supervisor for help, but the supervisor immediately gave me attitude. There was also a long line, and no one tried to open another register to help customers waiting. When the manager name Crystal got involved, the attitude continued instead of trying to resolve the issue politely. It honestly felt like they did not want to help customers at all. There was no courtesy or professionalism, and the whole experience was frustrating and rude. I hope management looks into improving customer service at this location.

Happy's Market carries wine, IPA's, cheap beer (Cobra or Bud Ice), import and domestic beer. Sadly, no hard liquor. You buy booze and munchies and you're on your way out. If you're a smoker they have stuff for your too buddy, they'll support your habits also, win win right? I no longer have to ask or think about driving to get another round of drinks. I still stand on my review for THAT day, but today we had an honest and open conversation which I appreciate knowing that they are all super busy and under pressure. Also, she was under no obligation to have but initiated it herself. I've always respected the baristas at Starbucks or any service industry for that matter.
