Got denied service here while on a knee scooter recovering from ankle surgery. Instead of showing basic human decency, the employee chose to argue and refuse service for no valid reason. My friend tried to calmly explain the situation, and it turned into an unnecessary confrontation because of the employee's attitude and lack of professionalism. Treating injured customers like they don't belong is pathetic. This place clearly doesn't respect people with disabilities. Management seriously needs to fix this. read more

First off, I've been going to this 7-11 since I was a kid in the 1980s. It seems to keep getting worse with each new owner. They like to charge for extra items periodically I noticed and there has been a couple times where they don't put my cigarettes in my bag. I go home and I don't have them. Aisles are cluttered with stock often and they tend to only have 1 cashier working at a time while the other workers are BSing instead of helping. What else... let me think I'll be back. Visited on: 2/12/2022 THE EXPERIENCE: When I arrived I noticed how small the parking lot was and did wait to see if anyone would be coming out the store and leaving so I could take their park. I didn't have to wait too long and was able to go into a park of someone who was leaving. Everything was easy to find, clean and attendants were friendly. WHAT I GOT? A Evian water and banana WOULD I RECOMMEND? WOULD I RETURN? YES, I would recommend to anyone in the area needing a quick bite, drink or whatever your fancy. Interaction with the New manager just now I walked up to the counter he didn't say hello or anything started to ring me up then when he noticed the other cashier didn't have a customer he just walked away without saying a thing. I've met the new owner and he seems nice but the person he's chosen as a manager should at least acknowledge regular customers. I felt bad for the cashier having such a lazy manager he couldn't even finish ringing me up. Good managers set an example by working hard and Doing every job in the store including ringing people up. Convenient location in a safe residential area. People can walk there, but on lazier days, they can pull right into the parking lot and zoom out in 5 minutes. The selection is similar to that at all other 7 Elevens. The staff members are nice, they recognize and exchange pleasantries with the regulars. Unfortunately, I don't go there enough to become a "regular." I have noticed that "prime time peak hours" are in the mornings, lots of people coming in/out for coffee, cigs, and snacks. There's also a Redbox Kiosk for your movie needs. If you don't like the movie selections, you can always walk across the street to Albertsons to use the Redbox Kiosk. read more

This store has 2 good workers and 2 lazy ones.... one of the lazy guys does not speak English real well and definitely does not comprehend simple sentences. I live near by and occasionally go down there for the taquitos. This time I asked them if they had more taquitos besides the 3 that were burnt and dried out for hours... he said something but the words I maid out were "we slow down no make more." The packages come in 10 or so per pack me and another customer we're going to buy the pack and he still wouldn't make them... this is one of many times where there was poor customer service when I shop here... the sad part is the guy who helped me today at 8pm was an assistant sales manager, who failed to sell anything. read more

If you love high homeless, this is your place! If you love blasting loud classical music outside the store this is your place! If you love high prices this is your place! This place is the worst 7-11 I've ever been to! They don't care about the surrounding community. I live about 250 feet away and the music travels beyond a busy street, pass the neighbors, through the double pane windows. The music travels through the walls and throughout my house! My neighbors and I have complained numerous times and sure, they lower the music for a day or so. Then it goes back up to blasting! It's 12/24 4 a.m. and the music seems to get louder. By the way, the music does NOT deter the homeless, yup, they are still there yelling trying to keep up with the music! If it were not for the LA DA Gascon I could call police to report disturbance of the peace but seeing that Gascon created an uncivilized society the police are not allowed to do anything about this situation! So for the love of God please 7-11 get rid of the music as it does nothing but bring negativity and failure to your store. Higher SECURITY! to keep the mentally disturbed away. This 7-11 sucks It smells like sewage inside and theyre out of every slurpee flavor except birthday cake which sounds gross. The lady at the counter couldnt tear her eyes off of her cell phone to even greet me, let alone pick up a mop and clean up the place. I'm sure that text message she was replying to was riveting. rip off joint with rude staff and manager! i gave them a $15 winner(lottery)plus a $20 bill and asked for $35 in fantasy five tickets for july 4th!!!! americas birthday! the lady gave me a $1.00 ticket and told me it was $1 a day for 35 days! i demanded my $34.00 back or $34 more fantasy five tickets for 4th of july only!!! she said i have to come back when the manager arrives, i had to wait for over an hour for the manager to arrive he was extremely rude, but he finally gave me the additional $34.00 in tickets! why didnt the clerk just give me all the tickets i paid for in the first place!!~!~! during the hour wait i spoke to an lapd officer,he told me if they dont give me what i paid for i would have to sue them in civil court! thankfully they only wasted an hour of my time on the 4th. what terrible people at 7-11 on 25th street PS the clerk LIED the $1 ticket was just that, a $1 ticket for the 4th the ca lottery does not sell a fantasy five ticket that goes on for 35 draws!!! read more

Great store! Unless it's the middle of the night, this place is pretty busy. Luckily I live close enough so if I need to, I can walk here without dealing with trying to get a parking spot. Soft drink machine works good and the taste of the soda is fantastic. Plenty of food is available to chose from to eat here and microwaves are available to heat food that needs it. My daughter always gets a slurpee and says they are great. Any candy or drinks you need they probably have them in stock. Great place to stop if you need snacks or whatever to get your day going and/or finish it with as nice beer. The guys that work here are always very nice and seem like they want to provide good service with a smile. Check this place out, it shouldn't disappoint you. read more

This 7-Eleven is conveniently located on the corner of Moray & 25th Street in the South Shores area of San Pedro. About half a mile up the road, 25th Street becomes Palos Verdes Drive and transitions from City of L.A. to Rancho PV. It's a good place to grab something quick if you don't need to go to a real supermarket like the Albertson's right next door. There is a much nicer 7-Eleven with a gas station about 6 miles up the road, at the corner of PV Drive & Hawthorne Blvd., but it's mostly South Shores residents that go here anyways. It can get a little crowded when people are buying last minute lottery tickets, but otherwise, no problem. They also have a Red Box movie rental vending machine outside as well. read more

Not a fan. Place is pretty dirty, the floor clearly never gets mopped. Staff is rude and apparently getting a bag for the mountain of goods I purchased cost money. Never seen another 7/11 do that so I'm assuming that's not a 7/11 decision, but the owner of this ones decision. There's a million 7/11s everywhere, you're better off elsewhere. read more

I came in this afternoon to get a refill and some snacks. When I let the cashier (Dorothy) know I would like to get a refill. She told me the refill would be more expensive than getting another new cup (99 cents for a refill or 79 for a new cup). It's not very often that you come across people so kind and honest. I'm not from the area, this was the first time I walked into this 7 eleven and it wasn't what I was expecting. First, one gentleman was rude to an elderly person by telling the elderly person that he didn't have time to run his lottery tickets and that he can do it himself. Second, I was standing in line and it was my turn in line and as I asked for a hotdog he looked at me and told me I had to wait till after he helped others in line. On 4/28/17 I went into this store to get some coffee and cash out of the atm. Well I put my atm card in the machince to get some money out, well I waited to get my cash out. It Never came out and it didn't give me a receipt. I was pissed so I ask one of the clerks has this happen to someone before he told me yes and I said why you didn't warn me. Not to mention he lauged and the matter at hand. In which it wasn't funny at all. So i asked how do I get my money back. He told me to call the 800 # on the machine. I did! I spoke with a rep and told her what happen. She said she couldn't help me and to call my bank. Im furious at this point, so I called my bank and explained to them what happen. They assured me I should have my money within 2 business days. It's been almost 2 weeks and I still haven't recieved my funds back.
