My 10 year old daughter got a squishy toy. When we got home and opened the box, the box was glue. We went back to let them know and exchange it within the hour. When she explained what happened, the clerk started screaming at her and calling her a liar. He said everything was in perfect condition and that he had cameras. We had the box, showed him how there was glue everywhere and asked to please stop screaming at our daughter. He started screaming at us and told us no returns or exchanges. These things come from China and told us to leave. We asked to talk to his manager and he said no one else was there - only tomorrow. My daughter was terrified and left crying. Like they seem to be a smaller one but they still got all the needs we need and def going here when we need it. Customer service is cool and no complaints. No issues so far which is also a plus. I've been coming to this 7-eleven for years there have been a few issues here and there but never anything I felt I needed to write a review on but I wanted to give a heads up to anyone with a service animal they will yell at you and tell you to not bring the worker in. Even after I told them it is a service animal and told them I can show proof he just proceeded to yell and talk over me which made my worker alert me so I left quickly and sure enough had an episode in my car.. please be warned. read more

Generally, I never use cash but during the Covid 19 era I used the cash floating around in my car and glove compartment. I bought 1 item. Because I wanted to get rid of a few coins 0.68 + 4 bucks the cashier got so impatient while I was counting change- that I don't genially do.. he rushed me and told me they were closing soon. I asked him what time they closed and he said "now". It was 120am. I bought a lottery ticket after that and told him he was rude. He got offended and said "ok". I guess he accepted that he was rude and continued to be rude. Wow.. I guess it's rude to use cash these days since it wasn't a normal process to wait for your debit/atm card to process. I bought a lottery ticket after that just to duck with him.. funny. Guess he had dusting to do.. Went in again a month later because it was the most convenient. The guy with a black turban and light eyes was impatient again!!!! I was pulling out a 5 out of my wallet and he impatiently repeated "4.49" so I mocked him- "fo fauna naun".. he refused to give me my change and told me to get get out. I asked him again to give me back my change and he refused... so I just grabbed some hand sanitizer from the counter and the puss was speechless. I wanted to cash in my lottery scratch, everything was fine till I gave the guy at the counter my lot. He scanned it and didn't even open his register and told me he didn't have any money. Then he told me to go to another place, he was kinda polite but I just hate how they'll take your money but not give it back once you win. This place was my salvation, given how lousy the people are at the 7-Eleven up on Blossom Hill. Until today. Went in to grab a gallon of milk, & the moment I walked in I was assaulted with the sound of the cashier talking at the top of his lungs on the phone in some foreign language. Went back & got the milk, & brought it to the counter..and he kept talking while ringing me up. I purposely kept my money in my hand, waiting for him to hang up & tell me the total..but no. He never told me what the total was or anything, just held out his hand impatiently & kept babbling. Gave him my money, he gave me my change..and kept talking! F minus for customer service there, pal. Horrible Place! I really don't expect much from convenience stores, and only come to this one because its around the corner, but man they really suck! Old dude gives me wrong change, a little over a dollar... no biggie, when I ask him about it... it becomes a biggie. Not only does he argue with me and give lame excuses...he pushes my stuff aside so he can ring up 3 other people!! I didn't make a scene or act rude as 2 of the 3 people were my friends. Today I noticed that my card was over charged from this 7-eleven. I was charged double and when I came to confront the cashier about it he said I had to talk to the manager. The manager was not in but he said he would call him over. When he was supposed to be "calling" the manager I noticed his phone was on the lock screen and he wasn't even calling anyone over. I'm so tired of the poor customer service from this place. Someone needs to find new management and workers. Worst 7-11 ever. read more

After hitting the 7-11 at Blossom Hill and getting yelled at about not being able to buy alcohol past 2 A.M., my friends and I went to this one, thinking maybe that 7-11 has some weird policy behind it. (This is before we figured out it's a newly stated law, seemingly for only San Jose. I live in Santa Clara and there are absolutely no time limits as to when I can purchase alcohol.) We walk in and the guy, (short, balding guy with a thick mustache; is this the attire for 7-11 clerks?) is busy stocking things in the back and in the fridge section of the store. We go for the beer section and it's locked. Upon pulling it once, he yells, "DON'T BREAK IT. NO ALCOHOL PAST 2 A.M." I just walked out. I was already pissed about being treated so poorly at the first 7-11, so I wasn't afraid to speak my mind at this one. God help 7-11, their customer service is so shitty! read more

A typical 7 eleven with all the varieties of choices from soft drinks, hot foods, chips and snacks to picking up your lotto scratchers and even an extra battery charger cord! Open 24-7 but can get kinda sketchy late night with random folks hanging around the parking lot. read more

So we come here all the time being that it is our local 7 eleven and I'm pregnant so I always have late night cravings . Usually we don't have any problems but tonight was just ridiculous. My boyfriend walked in to get water for me and the cashier clearly saw him walk in . they made eye contact but my boyfriend was waiting 10 mins in front for him to help him . then as he was walking out the cashier says sorry what can I help you with but my boyfriend said it's okay I'll go to another 7 eleven. Meh, there's nothing special about this location. I live like maybe a block away. My experiences here always changes depending on who is working at the time. The guy that's balding is kinda rude. The short older one is... nice enough. There's like a teenager that helps from time to time and doesn't seem to know anything. There's also the adult son that is alright. He's helpful.
