    So I went to the gas station today to get gas after a long trip from Palo Alto I asked to use the bathroom... The guy with the glasses said you have to buy something... I said my truck is right there I'm gonna get gas but I have to pee 1st is that OK? At that point I had to say about 5 times that my truck is right there I'm gonna get gas can I just pee quickly.... He was very rude I couldn't even believe it... He told me that I wasn't American.. I asked him for the owner's phone number he told me no... I've never been discriminated against like this. I wish he wouldn't have disrespected my Americanism I worked so hard to get here.

    Body damage where the machinery made contact

    Ouch! Have been a reg customer for a few years, and noticed just recently that customer service has died a quick death. Went this morning early and got a car wash (this Chevron has a Speedy Car Wash), and the machine itself fell apart during the wash cycle as the entire works was coming back over my truck from behind. Part of the interior metal casing literally just fell off and was being dragged on the LHS of the wash area. Scared the crap out of me and caused a couple of minor scratches to my truck. I went back today to trade info - happily gave them a business card & my DL. When I asked for insurance so I could get the paint fixed, Aparinda the service lady who was on the phone with her boss (owner?) refused to share any pertinent data. !!! She also asked for MY insurance info while refusing to offer me the same, in case it was MY FAULT the machine fall apart. When we went over to the area she said "We just had this fixed!" which I thought was weird, along with the refusal to provide insurance from the station - which might be illegal. I asked a bunch of times and was flatly refused. Second - Speedy Car Wash was listed on Yelp as "PERMANENTLY CLOSED" but strange enough, I was there getting my truck damaged by the carwash. Keeping the carwash open but listing it as closed so no one can leave feedback or reviews looks VERY SUSPICIOUS and leads me to believe this has happened before. So, I edited the Yelp listing back to "open". I also contacted my insurance and will have to deal with them. Surprised that this business is associated with Chevron.

    This review is for their car wash policy, went and got gas on September 23rd, the line had about 3 car wait, decided I would come back later in the week, well I had forgotten about it, my fault, went back a few days after it had expired and asked if I could get another ticket, knowing the outcome would be no, still had to ask, well the lady inside said no, it's not about the no, it's the way she said it, their tickets are good for one week, other places I've gone there was no expiration, so the bottom line is use the car wash before you forget or you'll get a rude NO! I will not be returning for any gas or wash. Why is there an expiration? Do they do that so you'll forget like I did, well keep my $8 bucks but you lost a customer and I'm sure there are others.

    I used to seek out cheaper gas stations, but now that I get discounts by using my Safeway Club Card, I am back to being a Chevron customer. This location on Blossom Hill and Snell is the one I frequent the most, since it is so conveniently close to the freeway. I've used the air and water station a few times, and I've gotten a couple of car washes over the years. I've never actually gone into the mini-mart, so I can't speak to the service or selection of snacks and such, or the cleanliness of the restroom, for that matter. There are plenty of spots to fill up, and I don't think I've ever had to wait for an opening, even if there was an occasional "Out of Order" pump.

    This is a great car wash and people are super nice. Who rates a drive thru car wash negatively? It does the job.

    I have been using this pharmacy for a long time with few issues. I really want them to succeed,…read morebecause they are in walking distance from my house and it's a nice, large store with generally good stocking and friendly people. However, I'm old and wanted to get the new COVID vaccine recently. I got an appointment, showed up, and they refused the vaccine because I'm on Medicare. I called the pharmacist after and talked to her about it, and she started that they couldn't give me the vaccine because of my Medicare supplement. I pointed out that vaccines are part of normal Medicare and do not require a supplement, so it doesn't matter what supplement I have. She suggested I go to CVS, so I went to the one in Willow Glen and had a very nice experience. Now, I'm not even sure it's legal for them to refuse a vaccine for someone on "regular" Medicare (not "Medicare advantage," which I might understand), or if they have gotten into some anti-vax "MAHA" kick. But I want to warn my fellow older neighbors that this Walgreens seems to not be friendly to Medicare patients any more. Really a shame and very disappointing, but, outside of warning you, I don't know what can be done about this except take the little side trip to CVS.

I go there with my service dog and my service dog let's me know when my sugar is low or high. When I was there my service dog was crying a lot because my sugar was extremely low. I was waiting for my pizza. I guess another customer stormed claiming how uncomfortable he was. The cashier said it was my fault that he lost the sale and made the customer feel uncomfortable and left. He blamed me because my service dog was crying. The reason she was crying was because my sugar was low. Then today I went to go add money to my cash app. The guy said there system was down and it would be down for 2 months. But then someone behind was able to add money I absolutely hate this 711 all the guys there treat me awful. They discriminate against me because I am white, female and because I have service dog. I only go here because it's close to me but every time I have to give myself a pep talk because they give me awful anxiety

This time i literally saw a rat crawl around in there as I tried to ooen the doors. Either fire the employee and get pest control or actually state your real hours of ooeration. Rats are crawling all over your food people. Not coming back even if it is open.
