Pumps are trash, no tap to pay and they NEVER put receipt paper in the pumps, you have to go in the store and stand in the never ending long line because the employees are running around putting mobile orders together, ignoring the line in front of them. This new overnight worker sucks. I come in Monday through Friday every day about 3:30 in the morning and the old guy used to have food out. Everything you needed hot fresh ready to go this guy garbage there's nothing out. Everything looks old. The hotdog dogs are dark as hell and split open. You guys need to bring the night guy back that used to work here. This is ridiculous. Taquitos not even on there just thrown together so they're not even sitting properly chicken wings like two and they've been sitting for hours and hours and dried and nasty looking no cookies no coffee no nothing. This used to be the single best location is the Sacramento area. The single employee now kept there at all times told me they are under new management when I asked. This explains why they now don't stock almost anything at all in the hot food area that isn't pizza, wings or hot dogs and rollers. And I'm talking at any hour of the day. 7am? Pizza hot dogs and wings. They got taken over by the same type of shitty managers that ruin every 7-11 in the area: cheapasses that don't want to pay a single dime to stock anything. If I wanted a store that sold these items only I would go to EVERY other 7-11 in the Sacramento area. The new manager wasted money on a security system that takes up parking spaces and yells at you if you stay in the area too long.... This location doesn't even have a homeless problem to any level that would WARRANT wasting that much money on that device! It's not like Watt and Howe! This location is rapidly going down the shitter and downgrading into being the same as every other location: stocked with nothing because the owner is too cheap to care and just wants to collect checks from the corporation. This location has every beverage station option. This new owner isn't going to want to pay to keep them stocked, so watch and wait to see them let it run dry and then either leaves them there permanently with out of stock signage or just removes them so they don't have to maintain it. They even turned off the mobile checkout to force you in line if you're in a hurry! For now it's still the cleanest location, but the music ambiance is gone, and the cleanliness is soon to follow. I give it six months before it looks just as destitute and run down as every other location. I'd give one stars if I could. I am so disappointed in whoever allowed this cheapskate to take over the management. Goodbye advertised new items! Goodbye espresso machine! Goodbye cold brew! Goodbye chicken sandwiches! This is a brand new location, and I work across the street.. So I come here on the daily. Remind you their is a homeless camp directly behind the billing. So all you see is homeless people sleeping and begging at the door entrance. Besides that, this location never have any hot & ready food.. NEVER! I'm guessing the workers or to lazy to make the food. As much homeless coming in and our the doors, I wouldn't bother anyways. Management needs to step it up. read more

I use to go here all the time I stopped seeing the assistant manager who was always there and always had the place clean . And the shelves stocked . Now whoever this new lady is all she does is stand around on her phone and dismiss costumers as they enter . The last time I was there I asked a question and she was very rude and told me stocking the fridge wasn't her job. I told her I can see the product in the back threw the doors if she could just grab me a couple so I didn't have to go to another location. She told me no because she was busy all she was doing was texting. I hope the assistant manager T something comes back she always was willing to make sure her customers were happy . there is a really cute guy who works here. he's a little on the reserved side and i guess it could come off as not nice but if you ask him how his day is going and talk to him for a little he opens up a bit and is really nice. the ladies are also the sweetest and welcome you in with smiles. there's a guy who wears headphones and cleans up the store so everything looks nice and tidy so that's brilliant and the guy with the broken leg is very funny and sweet as well! read more
