They do have two lines which usually works pretty well but when it is busy sometime it can get pretty bad with drivers trying to cut in line. We used the app and have not had any issues. When we arrived to the front they did not have our mobile order and tried to say we did not order. As it turns out the person in front had mistakenly claimed our order. Thankfully they had not left yet. I literally had to get out of my car and talk to the person in front. I resolved it with the person for the receipt and explained it to the staff. This is just terrible service and your customers having to get out of their car and approach another customer to clarify if just terrible service. Food: Pretty Standard. No issues here but issues with service. There has been so many accuracy issues at this store it's hard to imagine coming here ever again.
