I've been a 7-11 customer for decades. I stop in every other day before and after my commute. I've never had a problem until visiting this store. The store has recently been my half-way stop from Orange County to Beaumont. The male cashiers are rude. Thief! Came in with $1440 and got a Money Order for $1350 & Cory (if that's his name) only paid me $12 in change I asked him is that it?? And he said yes have a good day so I went to my car and calculated everything with my receipts from the bank and what he said he charged me and I realized I was owed $80 still so I asked him for it and he refused and denied owing it telling me "if you lost money it's your problem " which I counted before coming in so I know what I came with. Eventually cops were called and corporate contacted so he tried to negotiate giving me $50 back then eventually my full amount and threatened me with "you will have an accident with me, b**** . Actually the Man in the picture is very nice. He just doesn't like kids coming in this store touching all the candy and messing it up or the theft other than that he is a very nice person. Professional and the women that work there are very nice especially one that use to talk with my daughter and I all the time about her make up. She has been kind all the time and she has a sister that was nice too :-) He never gets upset when we come in and look around, I use to tell my kids get what you want but don't take a long long time. This location has everything I want and the customer service is excellent! Everytime I go in there I'm greeted with a smile only a little bit of a downside is the homeless outside but 711 can't control that overall this store is great! read more

This is the best 7-11 in the area! Honestly, I've been coming here a while and they always have fresh coffee and food. They pretty much have the same people working and if you come often enough they take the time to get to know you and make sure they can accommodate you in the best way. The really cool thing about this store is that you can call ahead and ask to make sure they have fresh pizza, wings, or a pot of coffee. Which is helpful when I'm on my way to work and want to ensure I get my fresh food. The only con to this store is the park across the street has a lot of homeless so the environment can look run down from the outside. The interior of the store sometimes looks old but I think that speaks to the 7-11 company not updating the franchisees store. read more

Today is 7-11 day where you get a free "slurpee" so there was somebody who work outside not even a "welcome" okay understand maybe he didn't saw me so went inside and the cashier said to me "leave backpack outside" we are the costumers we are not obligated funny thing I had a backpack and only them told me that but when I went to other locations not one word about having a backpack like ok people steal in the area but not everyone does that sad you lose a costumer read more

We went to 7-11 at 1:30 am on July 25, 2022 and the worker there with spiked hair was so incredibly unprofessional and rude. I have a service/ emotional support dog for my illness and my boyfriend and I walked in to get a drink and ask the guy a question. Instead of answering our question he immediately looks at the dogs and states rudely, "That's a pet, pets aren't allowed in the store that can't be in here" we proceeded to tell him oh okay she's a service animal. He responds rude once again, "then it needs to be on a leash on the floor so you need to get that pet out of here!" First of all what happened to customer service no employee should be talking to a customer in such an inappropriate manner it is unacceptable! Second, I am aware that people have problem with dogs but my service/ emotional support dog should not be referred to as that! Third, it is fine if you do not know a lot about service dogs but don't share your lack of knowledge and say service/ emotional support dogs have to be on the floor on a leash when that is completely untrue! Not to mention he completely ignored the question we had asked. Overall I am completely sympathetic to the fact that animals may not be allowed in the store but the whole approach was uncalled for it could have been handled in a more professional and respectful way. With my last statements as I left the store was, "I get that animals may not be allowed but you did not have to be so rude about it!" He then looked at me and gave me a dirty look! I am fully aware it's late at night people have bad days but this guy was just genuinely a rude person that believes it's okay to treat customers who spend money in that store to provide him his salary inappropriately and impolite. The Indian guy with the beard pretends not to know English and overcharges on everything! He tried ringing me a dollar extra for a big gulp slushie! I had to tell him what the price is. I accidentally spilled my soda while trying to put the lid on the cup. I was told three different times while I was refilling my cup and paying for it that they charge $10 to clean up spills. At first I thought the guy was joking but after the 3rd time telling me that AND getting a lecture about how to avoid spilling while putting a lid on, I realized the guy was dead serious. When I acted shocked and told him I have never heard of such a crazy thing, he said he would be nice this ONE time and not charge me but wanted me to know he would not do that again.
