Even when Ioved forward to give it a chance to turn, it dogged me. I finally gave up. that leads me to the second problem, they have removed four models so you have no way to test a mattress. How do you know if it's going to be comfortable or not? I don't buy things like that without trying them. They used to have floor models out. They have forgotten about the customer and they're thinking more about how to cram more merchandise into their stores because it means more profit. But a mattress is not a cheap purchase and it's not easy to return if you get a bad one. The samples saved the day today. At 3:00 in the afternoon they had a lot of samples and my four year old granddaughter was very happy. And the employees are very nice.

If you know you're having an event and want customers to park in a certain area block off the area before the store opens and we start shopping.

The young people working there are put out by having to constantly come scan their cards to allow shoppers to proceed checking out because the machines are always glitching out or shutting down. The store is dirty and they don't carry plastic bags anymore. The paper bags they use don't have handles so coming up 4 flights of stairs to get them home is a fiasco. Everything has become cheap, dirty and robotic in an effort to cut costs and labor. It's unfortunate.

It was a Sunday afternoon and it was busy but, not super crowded. There prices are really good and I was able to walk away with Almonds, Bacon, Granola Bars and a little something to drink. I noticed the check out lane was bag your on groceries. I love how the conveyor belt brought my groceries to the edge so, I can conveniently place them in the plastic bags. Cashier was patient and so were the customers when my card wouldn't scan. I would recommend Winco because, I like the location, prices and customer service. I will be back.
