The drinks are solid across the board, and I really appreciate that you can adjust the sweetness level, so it's easy to customize exactly how you like it. You can tell they use real tea and real ingredients, not just powders and cheap syrups like some other shops. The flavors taste clean and balanced, not artificial. They also have a good variety of toppings besides just boba, so if boba isn't your thing, you still have plenty of options. On top of drinks, they also serve food items, and I always get their bubble waffle with my boba--it's become part of the routine at this point. As expected, it was too sweet, but that was my fault for not changing the sugar level. The flavor of the egg pudding was good but the texture was off. It was not as smooth and silky as others I have had. The flavor of the tea was solid. The price of the drink was surprising (~$8). Overall, giving Ding Tea Rialto a 4/5. Service is good and the tea is good. The space is small, but there are some tables to sit and hang out at. Would not be at the top of the list to return to, but would return in the future.

Was honestly a great group of staff all working together to get things done. They were all very friendly, and quick to get orders out. But let me move on to the food because it's not just coffee and donuts. My little ones wanted a grilled cheese and quesadilla.. let's me tell you it was delicious yes I tried it and it was perfect! To get my kids to just sit and eat and not complain that's also a plus but I tried it and really enjoyed it. It's too bad they are not open more days out of the week because I'd definitely come back. It is one of the best specialty drinks I have ever had. It is rich, comforting, and perfectly balanced. It tastes intentional, not just like another sugary mocha. My second favorite is the Hermosa Oscuridad. It is bold, smooth, and complex without being overpowering. What truly sets Mi Flor Mayor apart is that their syrups are made in house. You are not getting the same generic flavors you can find anywhere else. These drinks are unique and clearly crafted with care. You can genuinely taste the difference. And the pastries deserve their own spotlight. They are some of the best I have ever had at a coffee shop and they are made fresh daily. Flaky, flavorful, and the perfect pairing with any drink. The boba is cooked correctly, good quality drinks, and has some creative mixes outside the average milk and fruit tea combos. You'll find small sweet treats that can accompany your drink too. Outside of the product is the experience. I've gone enough times to conclude that it varies by employee, as it is a different experience each visit. There are a few instances where employees are disgruntled they must take your order rather than using the kiosk, as well as initial impatience over customers needing clarification over ingredients and allergies. I must say, the older gentlemen are quiet, yet respectful. I'd highly recommend speaking to employees over conduct and customer service, as it greatly impacts loyalty. Given we are paying over $6 for simple teas, please button up the areas mentioned above as we look for top quality drinks with top quality service, thank you!
