I have been going to this store like 40 years. Wont go now. Almost everyone who works there is good people even the owner is a pretty good guy. Two though suck and tonight after an almost inaudible response of "it takes quarters" as I am buying something and asking about turning on the air for my super low tire, may have bent my rim going further. After that I am over the store, respect to me is a premium if i am spending my money at your store to act like that? Ok there are 10 stores with in a mile who are not rude. Months ago I tried to buy a Lotto ticket here with over an 1-hour before sales cutoff. He refused my sale saying it was too late. I reminded him the cutoff was not here yet. Still he refused. This is about the night time shift the older women. I've never felt more disrespected or unwelcome at a business than I did during my most recent visit -- and unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had an issue with this particular employee. However, tonight crossed a line. Her behavior was downright unacceptable: openly rude, judgmental, and clearly irritated by my presence. She made zero effort to be professional, instead choosing to speak to me in a condescending, hostile tone -- loud enough for others to hear. The negativity she brings into the environment is overwhelming, and her attitude is toxic to both customers and, I imagine, her coworkers as well. This was not just bad service -- it was a blatant display of disrespect. No customer should be subjected to that kind of treatment. If this employee's conduct is considered acceptable here, it says a lot about the standards (or lack thereof) being enforced. I will absolutely reconsider returning if this kind of behavior is allowed to continue unchecked. Management needs to take a serious look at how this individual is representing their business. read more

I only gave one star because zero was not an option. When in for a fountain drink, the price labels by the cups were blank, I didn't think any thing of that. When I made it to the register they told me my charge was 2.99 when I heard the price I said no thank you. The two men behind the counter started screaming at me in a very threading tone. Cussing at me and then my 13year old child. Not to mention the place was filthy and had a foul odor. Avoid stopping here at all costs. read more

I used to love the 711 on Placer Street but now I go to Eureka Way. It's not much better but it's way better than going there and keeping my car on to keep it warm and yeah, my music was on. It was not loud but I was testing my bike tires as I just pump them up and the older lady came out to me. I don't know if she was jealous of my lexus but I've met her multiple times. And she really did not care that it was a regular she said there was a noise reduction in the area, which I told her that was perfectly after I road up to her I muted my music and told her that was totally fine. I will respect her wishes, but she still kept going on about how it was too loud even after I muted it. instantly I left, testing my bike tires after pumping them up I left wasn't ther for even 2 minutes really sorry to say this because I really used to like the older lady that was in there. She was really funny and good lady but tonight she changed my mood and was really disrespectful. I saw what everyone else has gotten from her she is rude and I really don't appreciate that. It was not loud shes just unappreciative and I don't care if she knows because I'm letting her know the entire thing or she's gonna figure out I have cameras all around my brand new $40000 car if you look at you your footage from 1 AM she is outside not taking care of the store nor does she talk to the customers properly sexual and improper language from her I don't want to get her fired, but you really need to let her know thats not proper and I will tell her next time... and it will be a 911 call for her next time. for even suggesting or trying to tell me what to do.... I don't usually do this kind of thing but this older ladies was rude to my mom and I got no apparent reason. We went in just to grab a late night snack and some pizza and the first comment was derogatory and she labeled us as "tweakers" and said "they just got their check". Which was out of context and completely unnecessary. Secondly, when we were paying at the register I noticed she rang one of the items three times and I tried to correct her and she snapped back at me so I obliged and said mam, I'm sorry your busy right now but you do not have to be mean to me and she literally yells and says F***! Mylanta! Give me a f****ing break! As I did say no, grow up. As we left the establishment. I come to this store all the time as I do live close by. I don't appreciate her being rude and judgemental for no reason and having extremely bad customer service. read more

I am a retired disabled veteran who was born and raised in Redding. I was treated with disrespect yesterday from a 25 year old male store manager. He just dropped my change on the counter and basically dismissed me. I asked if I was rude to him because he was being rude to me. He said "I don't know we're you?" Then he walked away. I asked to speak to his manager after I found out he was the manager on duty and he told me to leave. I said I wanted his bosses information and he then said he was going to call the cops. I told him to go ahead and call them. Then he 86d from the store. I never go in there and the only reason I did is because I rented a movie from Redbox. I really like the place. But, there is a very disrespectful old lady who works there and would not let my friend and I purchase stuff. It was around 11 PM but we weren't even allowed to go in. A couple weeks later, we went back and she said "I'm going to call the police on you for a welfare check!" She continued yelling after we walked away as well. Both of them were late at night but we weren't being creepy or weird. read more

I just started door dashing and was sent to the Placer 7/11 and as I'm pulling up some crazy lady starts screaming at me to the point I thought I had ran someone over or something yelling she is gonna call the cops out of know where. I didn't even get a chance to get out of my car to go in and make a purchase as I got out of my car she locked the doors so I couldn't enter the store . I went in with a couple of my clients and the guy working either got overwhelmed or is just plain out an a**hole ! He told me and my underage clients to just get out already after he over charged me for slurpees. He was super rude and just very anxious. He seemed like he was on some type of drug. read more

7-Eleven on Placer is an amazing and quality service convenience store!!! Harmesh is a kind and serving owner and the other workers there like Roman and Nathan are so kind and friendly!! Go there for great service and the best atmosphere!!!! Me and my girls love it there!!! The other 7-Eleven on Eureka Way is soooo bad and sooo rude!!! They never make fresh coffee and they treat all their customers like crap!!!!! They also employ dumb and unfriendly workers that have bad hygiene!!!!!!
