It was hard to pick hot or iced, so I may have gotten one of each. Oops! I do not regret this choice at all! I also had to take some of their freshly baked items home for the remainder of the week. I cannot wait to get my hands on them! This place was packed, but it ran effective! The young man who greeted me was wonderful, the cashier was sweet, the barista was excellent and the owner was the most friendly, and helpful gentleman! The biggest negative when I visited is that they didn't write any names on the drinks after ordering, which unfortunately caused a mess-up as the wrong drink was picked up. Scoops is the wonderful ice cream part, but this review is about their Fresh Squeezed Cafe. New dishes(and some traditional), tasty new flavors, scrumptious new flavor combinations--for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or just a treat. I just had a (gluten free) peanut açaí bowl that exploded with fruity flavors. SO GOOD! The base of the delight was a frozen purée from açaí berries, which resemble and kinda tastes like blueberries. This was topped with strawberries, bananas, peanut butter, with a touch of maple syrup, and chocolate. Very very yummy and healthy too! I have not tried the Poke Me bowls yet.
