The website and app always show inventory that the store always claims not to have, which is a huge inconvenience. Another shortcoming is their customer service in regards to ExtraBucks savings. They have absolutely no idea how to apply them. This is a training issue, because no other location seems to have this problem. The pharmacy is also a problem here. No matter if you have auto-refill disabled, or inform them in person, they will refill prescriptions without authorization. They will even go as far as to call doctors offices for refills!
