Said I had…read moreto get another item before getting the deal on the app. So I agree after paying for the items and item I don't need. I show her both items after I paid them and before leaving the store as a courtesy. And then she says I only paid for one item and I needed to pay for the other. So paid for both now got to pay again?!! What did I pay in the first place. Thats not deal on the app . Then when I show other items that says are free on the app. She tells me they don't sell those items. Convenient. When saw guy carrying a big beer package just a minute ago. Whatever, maybe she's jaded with some of the sketchy customers that come in. Maybe needs re-training. Just sketchy customer service leaves one to go elsewhere. Won't honor the deals on their app and lies about it. Just trash. Hope this reaches appropriate ownership of franchisee for better business practices. It's small for the amount. Asked for money back and left items at store. Ironic thing still got shorted for refund. I would let this pass giving her the benefit of the doubt. But lady's facial expression and attitude warranted sharing my negative experience. I never have any issues at Pilot, Circle K or the other 711 locally. Guess I'll just frequent those instead. My bad believing good and fair business is the standard. Certainly didn't receive it this time.

To top it off, 3 days to get a 5 day supply and told the rest will be available in 10 days... I guess I'll just take half the medication prescribed!!! The one thing I do find infuriating is they will on an occasion just cancel a refill with no explanation besides call if you want... my feeling on having to call is I probably should just call CVS instead.

Since that time, I have noticed a shocking change in the pharmacy. To save time, I started using the drive thru. On 6/12/2026, I was second in line, and as it was thanking a long time I went inside, thinking and believing, I could pick-up my eye drops and head home. Once inside, I immediately noticed the floors were spotted with stains. Then, at the counter, I discerned there was only one individual servicing the drive thru customers, while at the same time servicing the customers standing in line. After I had been asked my name, date of birth, and address, the young lady alerted the pharmacist to give me instructions on applying eye drops, which I declined, especially since there was a consultation window available for customers who needed help. I readily admit the staffing of the pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired, for I have encountered the pharmacy fully staffed, and the individuals were merely standing around doing absolutely nothing. Then, on 6/12/2026, there was one servicing the drive thru window customers, while helping the customers at the counter. The pharmacists stopped filling prescriptions to instruct me how to apply eyedrops. It is totally absent arrogance when I admit I have a BA in English Literature, and I am published, mystery writer whose books are being adapted for film. I say this to say I hardly need instructions on using eyedrops. Most all of my prescriptions are filled by this pharmacy, which will immediately be stopped, for I will endeavor to find a more efficient pharmacy. The cleanliness of the pharmacy vests solely with the manager. I have absolutely no idea who hires the pharmacy personnel, but I do strongly suggest this individual reconsider those who have been hired. Finally, I adamantly recommend the hiring individual reevaluate the entire hiring process.
