Lovely decor nontheless and there's a pretty good aesthetic going on. Prices are pretty reasonable!!! Parking lot across from this spot. Also the ladies here kind of belted out their laughters very loudly even though they are in the corner and it can be disruptive, but it's alright. It just happened very often, even when they climbed upstairs, so it kind of changed the ambiance but nothing too bad. My concern is specifically about the cashier, a woman with wavy dark hair, whose attitude came across as extremely rude. My daughter placed her order first. Then, I was helping my mom with her order and translating for her while she spoke Spanish. My mom was speaking to the cashier because she assumed the cashier understood Spanish. Apparently, she did, but instead of communicating with us, she switched us over to another employee who spoke Spanish without even letting us know. It was not the fact that she transferred us to someone else that bothered me; it was the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled. A simple explanation or a polite response would have made all the difference. Good customer service matters just as much as good food. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training on customer service and how to treat customers with courtesy and respect. It is unfortunate because the food and the kindness of the waitstaff made me want to return, but this interaction left a very negative impression.
