Located in an older building, the cafe has a relaxing, "stay a while" vibe. We were drawn to the large prayer wall filled individual prayers left by patrons. Soothing, compassionate feel. We are not religious and noticed the highly religious theme of this cafe, which is OK with us as it seems the owners/management walk the talk. They donate a percentage of their profits to charities. We ordered a mango-pineapple smoothie and two decaf mochas. Our granddaughter felt the smoothie's pineapple taste overshadowed the mango, but enjoyed it. We liked that the mochas were smooth, had a rich coffee flavor and were not too sweet. The warmed cinnamon roll which we shared was perfectly done. Soft, gooey and full of cinnamon with minimal icing. We purchased a bag of coffee beans, which this company roasts themselves, for our son for Father's Day. When Manteo, we will be back.

One of the quickest stops at a McDonald's I have ever had. The biggest gripe here was access. Sitting right off the main the drag through the area, it can take some time to get in and out of here. Especially during the season. There is a constant flow of traffic and sometimes it might be easy to just turn right and fight your way back down.
