They clearly have the infrastructure to support them. There's a bussing station ready and waiting, and they make the pastries and cheesy bits in house. You can't tell me they don't have a place to wash a few mugs! Choosing not to offer reusable mugs is costing more than just extra paper cups; it's costing loyal customers like me. I've found myself going elsewhere lately, not because I don't love MeCo, but because even when I remember to bring my own cup, my friends usually don't. It feels wasteful to sit down and try to enjoy coffee in a disposable to-go cup. This feels like a small, one-time investment with a big environmental and customer loyalty return. Yet somehow this muffin has me questioning my entire identity. How do they make the top perfectly crunchy while the inside stays so fluffy? I don't know. I don't need answers. If I wanted something different they would have to charge me for whatever I would order. Such poor customer service. The person I spoke to could not have cared less about my experience! I have had cold brew coffee many times. I've even made cold brew. This was not good cold brew! Likely it was over-extracted/wrong grind, etc. Taste your product people and give your customers some consideration - that makes or breaks a business!!!
