I came in and saw the "free vacuums" and wanted to quickly vacuum out my car before getting gas. I actually had zero intention of getting a car wash but after pulling up and spending about 20-30 min detailing my car with all the extras (all purpose cleaner and towels, scent, air gun, glass cleaner) and a vacuum that was the strongest suction I have ever seen, I felt guilty just using the freebies and decided to get a wash. Car wash is affordable and they have a monthly plan that also allows you to get your to 30 cents off / gallon of gas. The $10 monthly car wash pays for itself in gas if you fill up weekly. On top of all that, the car wash attendant came out when he saw me pull my mats out and offered to wash them for me unprompted. He even gave me a free towel. On top of that there is a very clean Dunkin inside the gas station and a "taco pros" that far exceeded my expectations for a gas station taco spot. Needless to say, I would drive the 15 min from my house weekly to stop here. Overall great experience.

She must've spent 20 minutes trying to help me get on the app and then she called her shift manager Jen over who also helped us so Jasmine was the girl behind the counter. She was very kind and patient very very helpful after I finished, she thanked us for coming and gave us a little bag of samples with coupons for further products to use in the future. So much so that I would like action to be taken against this employee. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but this is not the first time that he has treated my sister and I this way. Immediately when we walked into this store, he practically told us to get out. This employee never acknowledges us. I simply asked if we could purchase IL scratch-off lottery tickets. I was immediately told in a very aggressive tone that lottery is closed. I can use the machine. Trust me, I would have preferred to use the machine, but the ticket I wanted was behind the register. I then asked why scratch-off lottery was closed and he yelled that they close at 9? Still prompting for an explanation, as I knew that you could purchase and redeem lottery scratch-off tickets, until 2am, he simply screamed that it was closed and to get out. Please refer to the link stating specifically the timeframe you can purchase and redeem scratch-off tickets in Illinois. What time do they stop selling scratch off lottery tickets in Illinois? (askinglot.com). At this point I began to videotape because I was that upset. I proceeded to ask to speak to a manager and he said, get out, you can come back in the morning. I asked if I could give him/her a call and he refused. In the meantime, my sister wanted to check out an item she won through your current Fuel Runner promotion. He did finally check her out but was not happy about it. In fact, he mentioned under his breath that you only come in here to get everything free! Yes, we do come in because this is the only location near us, to redeem our promotion earnings, but if they did not want to honor these, they should not be a Circle K Franchise. This is simply unacceptable as nobody should be treated this way, especially as a customer. To make matters worse, I stopped back in this evening 4/28 at 8:30 p.m. to purchase the scratch-off tickets. It was a different clerk, so I asked him what time they stop selling scratch-offs behind the counter. He told me never. You can purchase those 24/7! So, here in lies my point. Absolutely ridiculous. Be warned!

Out of all the Walgreens stores that I have been to, the one in Deerfield Square stands out as the…read moremost pleasant one to shop at. This Walgreens is large and airy, bright and clean, with a more upscale feel to it. It is fully stocked. One big advantage of this store is that it is opened 24 hours a day! Another factor that impresses me most is the store's management. It has not just one, but two very nice and helpful managers. It had happened that I had clipped a $9 digital coupon online. Its requirement was to spend $40(or $30?) in a Walgreens store and I would get the coupon when I checked out. However, it didn't happen even after I spent the required amount. Long story short, the female manager was very nice and helpful, she apologized and manually added a $10 credit to my Walgreens loyalty account. When I went home and checked my Walgreens account online, I didn't see the added $10. So, the next time I went to this Walgreens, I talked to another manager, Sergio. The female manager had gone for the day. Sergio was very patient, kind, and helpful. To our surprise, he found that I actually had two accounts with Walgreens (apparently a mixed-up done by the pharmacy of another Walgreens), one with a slightly different name. The female manager had somehow credited the account that I did not know I had, and therefore did not actively use. Sergio gave me the phone number of their tech support department that could help me eliminate one of the accounts (that I will call, I promise). When I was checking out, he rushed over to make sure that I could apply my $10 credit without any problems. Kudos to Sergio! Now, as I know that I have two accounts, I am mindful to tell the cashier which one to use, until I can get one eliminated, or get them combined.
