The staff is friendly. The place is fully stocked . It's clean , the vibe is warm and welcoming. For food they had snacks a big selection. They don't have pizza , hotdogs or any hot food out . I visited this store around 5:00 pm today. They have a big parking lot so parking is not an issue . I was also amazed to see they have a worker outside cleaning the parking lot . The guy that works nights here pretty much knows me by name. This is my go to place after a night of drinking just to pick up something, ANYTHING, to eat in an attempt to prevent hangover hell! They don't even mind if you accidentally drop a muffin on the ground and continue to kick it around for a little bit trying to hide it and the fact that you're completely shitfaced. Or if you have to chase your ridiculously drunk friend *cough Jeffrey cough* around the store. There's nothing outstanding about it. It's a 7-11. On a recent night, I saw the staff refuse to sell cigarettes to a guy who didn't have ID. I applaud your high moral fiber, 7-11. Then he freaked out and started yelling. "Don't I look 18? I'm not an undercover cop! Would an undercover cop be carryin' around 100s?" He flashed his wad of Benjamins, then turned to me. "Don't I look over 18?!?!" And then I saw it, my impending death. He must have thought it was for real, because he took off. So 4 stars for getting me in touch with my death drive. This 711 is also outstandingly clean given its location. It is well lit, has wide aisles, 6 kinds of slurpees, and is always stocked with donuts and rotating meats (cheeseburger big bite anyone?) in prep for Friday and Saturday nights. And in the winter? They sell piles of wood wrapped in plastic bags, branded by a company called "HotSticks." Amazing. read more

Normally, I wouldn't even bother reviewing a 7-Eleven but for those that are interested, and probably the reason why you'd even be on their Yelp page, this location is THE WORST! Honestly, spend an extra few minutes and walk down the street to buy your smokes or lottery tickets at the liquor store, or simply walk over to CVS on the corner. When they say don't judge a book by its cover, this place is what they're talking about. Sure it's clean and seemingly large enough to accommodate any wide selection of purchases, but do not be fooled. They have almost nothing you need, catering only to those seeking stoner noshes and even that is a stretch. Just yesterday I paid almost five dollars for a carton of eggs! Stoners wouldn't even be able to afford half the crap in here. Price gauging aside, the service is deplorable! I have never met a ruder group of individuals running a store in my life. Snide, acerbic, and awfully stand-offish is how I would describe almost all of the employees at this establishment. I can't even count how many times I've got into it with cashiers and supervisors alike. These folks ROCK!! They always remember us, especially my 9yr old son. He is delighted whenever we go in there. Their coffee station is always fully stocked. They are constantly cleaning. Their selection is LIFE! If you need a late-night munchie spot, this is the place. They're open 24/7, so the clientele can get bizarre (drunks, college brats, mentally challenged). But God Bless the staff...they are so patient!! Anyone who says they aren't friendly is suspect. They are nice to everybody...except whomever says they aren't. I visited this 7-11 for the first time on a Wed evening around 10pm. The store was clean and looked pretty big.... although most of the crap food they sell I can't eat. However, they could provide me with what I needed: smokes. I am a fan of the 2 for 1 pack; I get this whenever possible to save cash, as well as mix up what I smoke. But alas, many gas stations and convenience stores in my home state, CA, sell old ciggs. Often the 2 for 1's have been sitting on the shelves for long periods of time, so you never know what you're going to get. I asked the clerk if the 2 for 1's I wanted had been sitting on the shelf for a long time and he replied, "We don't sell things like that". As far as seven elevens go this place is awesome. It has a pretty large selection of food and tons of different drinks. It's open late and the employees working there are the nicest seven eleven guys I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot). I don't drive, but theres a big parking lot as well. They have lots of hot pizza and hot dog items if you're going in for the munchies or a late night drunk run. Overall, male or female, you are safe and will be treated with kindness. I work at a bar, and so I get out around 2:30 in the morning on certain nights. Sometimes when I head home, I like to stop at 7-11 to grab a snack and watch the carnival of drunks. The poor staff- they are SO patient! God bless 'em. read more

Before the advent of Whole Foods, I used to be in here fairly frequently to pick up milk late at night so avert morning coffee disasters. The guys in here (at least the evening shift, I guess) are really stupendously friendly and nice for convenience store workers. Like I really can't believe that this level of service is at a 7-Eleven, ferchrissakes. And the guys even say hello to me like they know me, which maybe they do, but seriously! The coffee is mostly undrinkable, but that's to be expected, and trust me when I say that although $1 is a great deal for a "slice of pizza," do not be tempted. Very few grocery items, but rows upon rows of artificial snack foods. It's a pretty standard lineup for a convenience store. Okay I feel weird for gushing about a 7-Eleven, but these guys are really great, so there ya go. read more

This place is the worst. Terrible customer service. I bought a small extension chord here not ever thinking it wouldn't be a three pronged chord. After I got to work my coworker informed me that it wouldn't work. We repackaged the chord and I drove right back to return it. The people who work here refused to return it saying since the cardboard wrapper that went around it wasn't intact they wouldn't be able to resell it. No apology and they were totally indignant about it. If I had gone to cvs they would have returned it without any hassle. Never again. Wish I could have given no stars read more

I love that this 7/11 was not always 24 hours. It reminds me of summer nights long ago, needing Slurpees after being way too drunk when it was way too hot. Just moved close by and it has already become extremely useful for milk runs. They carry useful kitchen items as well like sugar, cheese, butter, etc. All 7-Elevens have Citibank ATMs that participate in our credit union's network which means that we can use it with no fee-- even better! The staff here seem reasonably friendly and, except for someone who hijacked the line and then left without being able to pay, it has been speedy as well. read more

the cashiers at this store, especially the night shift have gotten so rude that we stopped going in there all together. They act like you are doing them a favor by coming in, while they talk on the telephone as you wait in line, give you the wrong amount of change back, and then shoot you dirty looks, and make snide comments when you try to get them to do their job. They have no knowledge whatsoever of any of the products they carry, and forget about trying to return anything.
