5 stars purely because they are open on Christmas. When your family all comes down with a stomach bug on Christmas night, and you need Pepto and other remedies, this place is a godsend. My emotional support animal was denied entry to 7-Eleven in Hillsdale, New Jersey. I attempted to show the clerk her paperwork and he just swatted it away and wouldn't even look at it. I explain to him what he was doing was illegal he did not cared and asked me to leave. Not trying to make scene I left Lola outside while Gathered my items and checked out. In an final attempt to be informative I told the clerk I know these are your boss's orders and I'm not blaming you but this is illegal, he laughed in my face and said "we will take our chances". Lola saves my life and the clerk mocking me in front of other customers, laughing in my face, And shooing me away was beyond belittling. I already suffer with mental health and today was a particularly dark day, to have a 7 eleven employee bully me was the last thing I needed. So I went into 7-11 this morning and I'm 99% sure I only had $20 bills. The clerk gave me change for a $10. When I questioned him, he went into the back then came back and said no, it was a $10. He said he looked back at the camera footage. I asked if I could see the film and another worker came out yelling and nasty as can be saying I definately would not be able to see the footage and if I wanted to I should go to the police and they could see the film. I really don't understand why, if it actually was a $10, he wouldn't let me see it. He was so nasty and so rude. If I made a mistake, I would have acknowledged it and apologized. Very suspicious that he refused to let me see for myself. I've been putting up with their nastiness for years and today was the last straw. I will never never step foot in there again. read more

I've been coming here for years, it's a 7-11 so what does one write? Not sure why it's getting dirty reviews, it's always clean when I walk in regardless of what hour. However when it rains and you have white tile...then yeah, it gets dirty, but they mop! Staff is always friendly, not sure about their new hot food selection as I am more of a coffee/roll guy in the AM and Gatorde or iced tea in the afternoon. Just make sure not to run kids over in the parking lot since it seems to be a hangout for them! read more

Just made a quick pit stop here after playing some pickup basketball. What I really like about this store is that they have a vast selection of Gatorade flavors to choose from, a lot more than the other stores near me. They also have good deals for them like 2 for $2 on their 20oz. The best flavor to get is Green Apple, it tastes just like a jolly rancher. This particular store usually doesn't have a lot of hot food on hand but I'm not going their for stuff like that. It's never overly crowded which I like because I don't have to wait on a long line if I'm in a hurry. They also have had the same guys working their for a while & their very friendly, which is always a major plus for a store like that. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The coffee attendant won't make new coffee because it would take 5 minutes to make, i guess he's got a brain surgery waiting for his presence in the back of the store .. When i got to the register, the manager snapped at me for complaining about buying a half a cup of coffee, he grabbed one my of coffee cups out of saying I shouldn't have 2 cups. He then snapped when I asked him to scan my phone for scan and save, he said I should've given it to him before I made the purchase. He grabbed my phone without my permission to the other register...I told him to give me my phone back and ran out. I'd avoid this place if you want a hot cup of coffee and friendly service. I know it's 7-eleven but they shouldn't treat people like they're doing them a favor by selling them coffee. Avoid AVOID AVOID this place. read more

Just because it's a 7 Eleven doesn't mean they can be rude, nasty individuals. I am still a paying customer that can go elsewhere with my business. Their chauvinistic mentality is absolutely not acceptable, and because of it, I refuse to ever go there again- even if it's for a $2 coffee. The men behind the counter are disgusting and beyond loathsome. I hope who ever reads this review doesn't go to this location for this very reason, and drives the extra two miles to River Vale where the staff are friendly, and appreciative. read more

Extremely let down by how unprofessional and openly rude the employees were. My experience there was beyond negative to say the least and I will certainly be choosing to bring my business elsewhere in the future.
