That was just as easy and the restroom was pretty clean for what you would consider at a gas station. The gas was inexpensive comparatively and nothing to complain about. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for inexpensive gas and good snacks at reasonable prices.

I came to this Shell location after receiving a Fuel Rewards Credit Card. Saving $0.30 per gallon. I also was gifted with a Shop/Grocery Rewards card; making every dollar spent reward points that can be used in stores. The customer service here wasn't bad ... it just wasn't the absolute best. Going back to the gas; which can be found priced a bit lower than other stations, does the vehicle good every time.

This location has just opened this week but the hours are good (8am-11pm daily) which fills the niche that Taste closing at 6 hasn't: evening pick up and go options. The owner is friendly and happy to answer any questions and it looks like there is plenty of room to bring in more options as they get the feel for customer preferences in the area. I really hope this spot finds success, the location couldn't be better!

I am beyond impressed by this store. I have been a resident of City Center since 2009 and have…read morebeen long awaiting for a convenience/grocery store to cater to us home owners and renters in this locality. What amazes me is the willingness of the owner and staff to accommodate our needs. When this business first opened it looked almost like a standard convenience store. But they are stocking more fresh grocery items and have been very accommodating regarding any special requests. For example, with the coronavirus pandemic I was finding it challenging to get my organic romaine lettuce, Roma tomatoes, and chicken breasts/thighs from other stores. Low and behold, after asking if they could offer get these items for me, they made sure they would be on order AND I got a personal phone call once my items have just been delivered to the store (it only took a couple days). Good service goes a long way with me. I feel like I now have access to a great little grocery store right outside my door. I plan to purchase from here quite often! Oh, and I love their deli selection too! The beef salami and cheddar cheese is YUM!

So when my new super fan and all around cool chick Emily O. turned me on to FREE perks by 7 Eleven by using their app I was all over it. It's true that I have been living at 7-11 even more than usual for FREE Slurpee's and Big Gulp's. The store is located West of the city on Jefferson Ave and beside Midtown Aquatic where I frequent for swim meets. Upon pulling in I could tell it was a new place and that always excites me. The pump area large and the concrete are since new was unstained with the usual oil/grease mixture at gas stations. I did not utilize the gas on this visit but it looked free of debris. The place was hopping and I was there for a Big Gulp take down. The area around the drink station was a little messier than I would like with lids out on the counter. It was pretty nuts with the promotion so I am being somewhat forgiving. Overall the store was clean and presented well. When approaching the counter the hot food items looks good to me. I love their large pizza deal for under $6.00. Hot dogs smelled good too. The line was moving nicely and staff was friendly. When pulling up the app it crashed and learned from the cashier Tammy that this had been happening all day. So, I backed up and gave it time to reload, but it would not come up again. After around a minute I went back to the counter and Tammy said no worries your good to go, it's our problem and not your fault. Overall I like this chain, great coffee, packaged sandwiches and usually fast friendly service. Understand they are not all created equal, this an above average location in my opinion. Since they are close to on every corner when you find an excellent one hit them up. I did twice just this weekend. If you have yet to download the 7 Eleven app for FREE perks there is no time like the present.

I love the consistent attention to detail because I get their custom build your own breakfast sandwich and they always include everything I order. In Hampton roads, this is rare to me, because any other fast food place would be the opposite and almost always mess up my custom order or even just a regular order from their menu. I'm very appreciative of the workers here. They're always busy but still push orders out in a timely manner. The cashiers are very aware of their surroundings and are good at keeping up with their store duties and hopping onto the cash register to help one another out when the line is getting long. I'm impressed with the dynamic of this crew and will continually look forward to getting my weekday breakfast here!
