The signage was very helpful and pointed me to exactly where I wanted to go. I was not sure if this was place to check out by donation or for a cost, but was excited to see that it was free of charge. It's a quick stop off and you can totally check it out spur of the moment like me if you are on your way to or from something else. This is located in an alley near Hoyt and Hewitt, kind of close to Cafe Wylde. Its not incredibly large, but there is a lot to check out in a small space. I am a lover of unusual food products and this was right up my alley, haha. There were many cool things to check out, I could certainly have spent more time but was on my way elsewhere. The person behind it all was very nice and shared how this place came to be. I even got some tips on how to find my own unique foods in the future. I normally wouldn't mind, but clearly she wasn't paying attention because when I picked up the cake I was very upset that it was just a plan cupcake cake, not in the shape of the number "2". I had no choice but to take it since I was expected to bring it in that day. They really made up for it a few months later when I ordered a cake for my daughter's 6th birthday. I ordered a unicorn cupcake cake in the shape of a "6". There was a hiccup when I went to pick it up. I can not remember clearly what the issue was, I think their main decorater called in sick or was otherwise unavailable. This time I set the pick up time for the early morning to give time in case something went wrong. Good thing I did, because they didn't have the cake ready and needed the extra time. I stopped here Friday…read morenight Aug. 28th 2026 at around 9:15pm and seen a lady with a shopping cart digging through the trash obviously under the influence of some drug yelling something about God and the guy with long hair working there threatening to call the police on her if she wouldn't leave. She leaves with the guy following her from a distance to make sure that she leaves the property while she is screaming profanities at the customers that were already pumping gas and the guy kicking her out. This all created a wildly unwelcome environment for customers to feel safe getting gas at SAFEway!! I'd HIGHLY advise come here during the day where there's not so much drug activities.
