There was an interesting set of items for sale in the dining area, which included Mystery Reads. These were books wrapped nicely with the genre on the wrapping, and some neat little "gifts" in the wrapping. Cool idea! The only downside of my experience was the number of flies. I had planned to stay and enjoy my Chai but I just couldn't due to the flies landing on me and my beverage cup. I'd recommend they do something to control flies as it's not conducive to a great guest experience.

Unfortunately the three baristas were merely focussed on the drivethru than anyone who seems to have the nerve to come inside. Had to wait for over 7 minutes to place the order (fortunately there were no persons waiting at the counter in front of me). Received iced tea (not hot) and no muffin. We checked the receipt and no muffin recorded and while the barista asked if we wanted hot or cold tea and we answered hot, the receipt said cold. Did not want to make a big deal at the counter, waited again for over 5 minutes as the drivethru was the priority for the three baristas (again no one iin front of me at the counter) and asked for the muffin that should not be warmed in their oven/microwave, but delivered straight from the display. Guess I wasn't clear enough as the muffin came warmed-up. In the mean time a group of people came in and waited over 5 minutes at the counter to place their order. When I contacted the barista directly or the warmed muffin and did not wanted to be a 2nd class customer again (aka wait for 5-10 minutes again) things went down the drain. Seems a customer inside the Starbuck should consider it an honor to be served by either of these three baristas and are of a lower level customer than the ones in the drive-thru. Thankfully I don't live close to this location as it was the first and will be the last time in my lifetime I will pay this Starbucks a visit. For those who think to go inside and place an order my advice would be don't. Stay in your car and use the drive-thru as you might be a premium customer and not some low-life entity.
