I believe he's the manager not to sure but he was working the register on Wednesday April 30 around 10 / 11 pm , I went in and bought a drink and I noticed they had some little labubu phone clip toy thing , they have different ones like hello kitty, lilo & stitch etc so I bought 2 of the labubu ones that he somehow had in the back when I asked if they had any more because they were sold out in the front they still had the display but was empty and come to find out they been taking out the actual labubu toy out of the box and putting lilo and stitch inside the labubu box , they basically scammed me because otherwise i wouldn't have bought it, so I go back into the store and ask for a refund and then he got all mad and said no because I had opened them already. He even laughed at me when I told him you guys did this on purpose he then threw them back on the table and said to get out . Zero stars for them . Ridiculous, what a waste of money. Smh read more

No stars. Stopped to get gas and use the bathroom. While my friend pumped gas, I went into the store and asked for a restroom and the employee simply said "no." I asked if there was one outside and he said "no" again. By this time we finished filling up, otherwise I would have told my friend to stop giving them ANY money and just go. They don't even have a trashcan outside so then after your long travel, you can discard items inside of your car. Also you walk in and ask for the restroom and he says they don't have a public restroom. I've never seen a gas station where you try to spend money and they can't even let you use the restroom I would not recommend this place and there are homeless hanging outside. Go across the street to the truckstop instead. read more

I simply asked about why I was being charged so much and habib or whatever the hell his name was couldnt even explain why he was just saying they were different brands and that's it when I could clearly read what the sign of the deal said. This is not a clean store to go to. On my first day there I went out to empty the trash cans at the pump isles. Not one of the four cans had been emptied since the previous Friday, if even then. They were all completely packed. As I struggled to pull out the bags, literally hundreds of live cockroaches came out as well. I screamed and cried. I told Gabby, the manager and Cheema the owner that this was unacceptable and wrong. Later I saw that there were two boxes of pizzas and a stack of pizzas in the back sink from sometime in the morning til at least 2 when I was off and I mentioned someone must have forgotten to put them in the freezer and we needed to throw them away, but was told not to. In general, this is a very dirty store. Gabby and I talked about how to make it better and I had shared that there needs to be consequences to the ones that don't do their jobs and she said Cheema wouldn't do anything and that she gave up and just does her hours because no one listens to them. I told her we can do it together. Cheema owns three stores, so the next day he sent me to another one. A week later he let me go saying both managers told him they didn't want to work with me. I believe they'd or at least him would rather continue to keep things the way they are and let go of the person who could help them make their stores better. Cheema would rather let me go when I truly cared about him and his stores and keep the employee who may have costed him his liquor license for 30 days and received a hefty fine for not following ID protocols. I went out of my way to give this store and his others my best and got let go because I cared too much. read more

It's pretty bad here. It's always dirty every where in there. There is always soda spilled all over & trash laying around. & something is always going on. There is always tweekers outside asking for money. Ghetto people always coming in with no shoes or shirts on. People fighting outside in front & by the gas pumps. I only go here when it's my last resort. read more

I was on E and needed gas ASAP, decided to put $25 at this 7-11 I sent my dad ...I not once left the car so I know for a fact the gas never went through, I sent him to let them know and some lady came out with him saying it went through twice saying"I know I put it in the right pump, so idk what you want me to do" and walked back inside. I waited thinking she was ganna go fix it... nope, so at this point I'm already mad trying to put gas for 20min I go inside and ask for my money back, first they said it went through not once but twice so why am I still on empty? Then they claim it was only $12 saying my dad bought stuff, yes he did but he paid with his own money..cigarettes, 4 sodas, three candy bars and gum alone was $19 so the money doesn't even add up if that was the case it should've only been $6 on gas..dumbasses, she agreed to only put back the $12 saying" I'm only ganna do the $12, but if my drawer is short idk" bitch you don't know what?
