The service was amazing though! They were so knowledgeable (they actually caught an ingredient i wouldnt want in one item based on other items i took it off of so they made sure to make me aware so i could take it off! Absolutely loved it. I have no idea what happened on my last visit but the cappuccino I got was putrid. It tasted stale, burnt and metallic. And it wasn't hot. While I was not paying close attention, I could swear that it was not freshly pulled out of the espresso machine nor was the milk freshly frothed. From the time I ordered to the time I got the coffee it took 20 seconds. How is this possible? I have a really nice espresso machine at home and there's no way I could be serving cappuccinos in 20 seconds. Regardless, the proof is in the taste which was absolutely terrible and the temperature which was lukewarm. It was like stale 7-Eleven coffee at best. Blech. Lame and unacceptable. One star. I'll try one more time but if it sucks again, I guess I'll be sticking with Subculture and Starbucks.
