Sad, I went in to buy a hot dog... big mistake. I went in around 7PM. The guy was behind the counter was busy on the speakerphone. I asked for a hot dog. I guess that I was supposed to select the hot dog for myself after he handed me the bun but he didn't make that clear...I blame myself. I wanted to ask him for guidance, but he was involved with his call, so I left the bun on the counter, and walked out... He looked at me liked he didn't care, plus I didn't get a receipt for my transaction... How do places like this stay in business. Sad. read more

This was one of my regular go-to 7-11's back when I used to smoke! Sooooo many fond memories!! :) I mean, they've always had their batches of great and crappy customer service, but that's 7-11 for you. The workers have to deal with bouje' entitled bitches, assholes, drunks, homeless people, etc.... so ummm all you people giving this place 1-2 stars need to empathize a little more. Positives: - Two... 2 F'n Red Boxes!!! - Amazon lockers!!! - A variety of energy drinks and awesome drinks in general... LOCALLY!!! - Parking isn't bad and it shares one with a mini strip mall!!!!!!!! What more do you want? Gentrification!? LOL!!! This area isn't the best. I mean... many of the people who go here are overly entitled, bouje', but ghetto fabulous or non ghetto wastes of life, WIC and Welfare recipients who accentuate negative stereotypes while messing things up for other cultures who just want to conveniently purchase things in this classic *convenient store. June 6th 7:45pm, I go this store and guy working gives you the evil look, like i'm bothering him or about to steal something. I bought some stuff and their registers don't show the total amount. He just takes your money and gives your change. You gotta check your receipt to see the transaction. Best example of an discriminate ahole. I went to get a buzz ball but they didn't have any ( anchor liquor and Sandy's does but this store was close) while I was browsing a homeless looking man with a mustache was less than an arms distance following me so I went back and forth and down another isle and he was still right behind me. I was scared with all the recent attacks that I would be unable to defend my self with my Achilles tendon injury. I asked the clerk do you know this man he said no I do not. I asked for the ATM it was in the back and I was also followed super close to the ATM. The atm was not working and so I went to the front to buy my orange juice and the man still followed I got loud and said why are you following me and then he went behind the counter I told the clerk I thought you said you did not know him and he said I do but he is crazy and they spoke in another language and where laughed. I was so scared I couldn't enter my pin a few times because my hands where shaking then I did get my pin in but not my phone number because my hand was not steady enough. Then I left they where still talking in another language and I went to the car and was shaking to much to drive for awhile but kept the doors locked and turned the car on in case he came after me so I could drive off but I wanted to be ok to drive with our shaking. read more

Also the French vanilla machine was Out of Service (along w 2 other flavors in the same machine) & I had to get my own FV creamers because the bin was empty. Thankfully I saw an open box of FV creamers on the floor. The coffee area was dirty, including the creamer bins. Not a great experience at 9:30am on a Friday. read more

This store has the worst customer service and always have long lines with one cashier working while the other workers are doing other things. Here is a tip, if your store has a line that goes out to the back wall of the store, open another cashier and clear out all the people waiting in line. read more

Whenever I visit Carson, I like to visit this location for my coffee. Lately...each time I visit this 7-eleven, it is filthy. The coffee station is dirty and there is milk from the creamers everywhere. Also, the clerks that work here are not very friendly. I know they are doing their job, but it doesn't hurt to greet the customer and to at least SPEAK!! This 7-eleven location is definitely not what it used to be. To top it off...now that they sell pizza and hot wings, it slows down the line. Yes, this location has a line, due to the lack of quick service from the clerks. I have been going to this 7-11 for 20 years. However, I will have to change my regular stop to another location. The staff is not keeping up with the maintenance. The coffee self serve area has not been maintained for the last 2 months. They seem to run out of creamers and coffee and do not have the selections they did before. By far the worst 7-11 that I have ever encountered!!! The only store that doesn't have fresh coffee at all times... Stopped for coffee around 4 am and as I'm serving it I noticed it's cold.. The employee is just watching me, doesn't bother to say anything, so I question if there is any fresh coffee cus the only pot available is cold... She laughs and states that they don't brew fresh coffee until 6 am... Wtf!!!! They're open 24/7 but they don't brew coffee earlier than 6am and then has he audacity to ask me if I still want the coffee.. The worst 7-11 I've been to. The employees there are lazy and rude. 4 people working and they only have one working the cashier, who just happens to be the slowest worker ever. I tried to buy 2 bottled waters that they have advertised as 2 for 4. Charged me regular price. When I asked why, they said it's not on sale. So I grabbed the sign and showed them that it is. Beware of this store that can rip you off! If you hand a $20 dollar bill to the clerk for items that amount to $4.96, he'll keep the $15.00 change, and hand you four cents!
