We…read moreplaced an order for a Chicken Caesar Wrap without croutons on a spinach tortilla and The Cabana Club on white bread. We were given a wait time, but honestly it was unclear if she said 13 mins or 30 mins. Regardless, as previously mentioned we were used to a 20 minute wait anyway, so that's why we call ahead and then kill some time with the drive over. We arrived exactly at noon. There were three other parties ahead of us. The woman at the counter noticed a new face (me) and asked if I wanted to place an order. I told her I already did a phone order, but would take the ticket up to the register to pay. While waiting for our order, I heard the three women behind the counter saying a number of times "no croutons," so I really appreciated that they wanted to make sure my order was accurate and they were following my special request. At 12:11pm, we received our order and received multiple apologies for the wait time. I, personally, didn't find the wait time to be horrendous, but maybe because I was mentally prepared for it. I could appreciated the customer service though! When we got home, I unwrapped my Caesar wrap and it was perfect. No croutons (as I had asked), and the chicken was warm while the rest was cold and refreshing. It was a yummy combo. I do wish that they had used some romaine lettuce as most caesar salads have, rather than the shredded lettuce, but oh well - it was still good. Later that night, I wanted to try my partner's Cabana Club, and that sandwich made me question if I ordered the right sandwich because that was super tasty too! Every time we've visited Papa's Deli their sandwiches are always stacked. I really like how they don't skimp here. It feels like they really use high quality ingredients, and I think it's a great price for the quality and quantity of food provided. The only con I have for this place is that parking seems to be a bit difficult. It always seems like it's either hard to find a spot, or the parking spots are really tight in this plaza.

I've had a lot of sandwiches in my days roaming the earth and eating things so I feel I'm kind of an expert on the subject matter. The roast beef is super tender without all the nasty chewy parts you get in other meats, it's absolutely delicious. Ms Ruth puts in the perfect amount of condiments so you're not overwhelmed with one flavor over another. It's something that you just have to go and try for yourself. That being said, they have a giant selection of other sandwiches. The portions are very large and enough to split so go with a friend or take a couple home for the family and cut them up the way you want. There's abundant parking but limited seating so many people get them to go. It's in Seco Mini Market so the selection of chips and drinks is more than enough to make you happy.

Thanks Richard always for your great customer service, really appreciate it !! See you next time !!

They never check me out at the photo counter which makes no sense as there is a register, I always have to go in the main line to checkout which is usually an inconvenience as there's always line. (And my total is free so it's not like I have to actually "checkout" they just have to scan it indicating you picked it up). I also recently filled a few prescriptions here for my dad. They told us it would be ready same day so I went back around 3pm to grab them. One was ready to go but the other one was partially filled and they told me I can come back tomorrow to grab the second one. Ok that's fine but why not just call to let me know the issue instead of driving all the way back down here again? Also when it was ready the next day they never called to let you know to pickup your order, I had to call to ask if it was ready. They have our number and email so why is it so hard to let your customers know when their medication is filled?? I will say though besides all the common sense issues, the staff and pharmacist are all really nice. Parking lot is big, drive thru for pharmacy around back.

I've been to this 7-Eleven location on Soledad Canyon & Sierra Hwy multiple times, and…read moreunfortunately I've had consistently negative experiences with one employee. There is an older female staff member who is repeatedly rude and dismissive during checkout. Each time I've interacted with her, her tone has been unfriendly and unprofessional, which makes the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand everyone has off days, but this has happened on several visits, so it seems to be a pattern rather than a one-time issue. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service at this location, because it reflects poorly on the store overall. I would like to continue coming here, but customer service really needs to improve.

She said I had to use cash when I knew for a fact that I could use my atm card at the register to purchase Lottery tickets as long as I used my passcode. I do it every single day at every single 711 i have been to. When I attempted to let her know that, she caught a MAJOR attitude and insisted I had to pay with cash, so I went and got some cash. When I came back over, she took my cash, and I took my stuff and was heading out the door when she said that I didn't pay for the cake and when I asked her why she didn't charge me for the cakes, she again, with an attitude, told me that, "you didn't tell me to!" I told her that it doesn't make sense why you didn't charge me for the cakes when I had given her enough money, and she said with even more of an attitude that I didn't ask her to At that point, I was tired of her attitude because I didn't do or say anything to her to warrant her horrible behavior, like I was ruining her day because I asked her several VALID questions. She assumed that I was going to use my card when I never said that and she proceeded to then argue with me and tell me that I didn't listen to her, when in fact she was the one in the wrong! At that point, I asked to see the manager, and her response was, "He's not here, come back tomorrow," as she rolled her eyes even further back into her head. I then asked for the store phone number and the manager's name, and she refused to give me either and said, "It's on the door. You can get it yourself!" This was only my second time coming into this store, and it will be my last because of her treatment. I was having a really, really good day until I had this unwarranted encounter with her, and it has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth for this location. I spend a lot of money at 711, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know who lives in the area not to come here!

I was desperate, and brought 8 bucks worth of cash since I wasn't about to dive further into credit card debt. I was planning on getting a lemonade and another snack if I had the money but remembered that this is the only damn Circle K in the entire area that doesn't have lemonade. However, there was a wetzel's pretzels inside with lemonade. I ordered a small bag of mini-pretzels from the clearly disgruntled employee running it, and then all of a sudden, all my cash was GONE. No room for lemonade, they might've charged 2 dollars for that. in inflation times, this may seem like a reasonable price for pretzels. Think again. I could get a single cheeseburger with animal style fries at In-N-Out for the same price. I was in shock. Even worse, I can feel the pure fiery hatred radiating from the guy who works here. I bet he was upset that he was charging 8 bucks for a small bag of pretzels as well. As I write this, I still burn with hatred for my cash lost on those mediocre pretzels in these trying times. Nothing at a gas station should cost 8 dollars on its own. A wetzel's pretzels, therefore, does not belong inside this establishment.
