They apparently have so much business they could care less about this problem. Below is yet another letter to the owner along with pictures of the drive-thru screens mentioned below. Anyone thats been here knows exactly what i am talking about. Last email sent 4-20-26: So here we are SEVEN MONTHS from the last email I sent regarding BOTH of the order line screens at store 31292, and you have done NOTHING. The very few times I have been through this line to get a drink (because I cant read the screen) I have asked the cashier when this is going to get fixed? And am told they have no idea but people complain about it all the time. No kidding.... How do you justify not repairing your main source of income at this resturant is beyond me. Fast forward to today.. Geee it must be fixed by now right? NOPE. So because both screens are broken, the line I am in, BOTH screens are dead, the guy in front of me sat there on his phone and did a mobile app order for the entire car while I sat behind him waiting, and the left lane passes FIVE cars through! They only have one screen completely broken If you're not going to fix this, fine. I simply wont go here any more and will write reviews about this property in my spare time, and I have allot of it. Its absolutely incredible that you people run such a crap operation for the drive through. FIX IT! Here ya go. There are BOTH of the broken screens. Also, I decided to get tomato soup, tell me why it was $5 for a super small cup, which it was good but not worth $5 especially when you already are charging a high price for the sandwich itself. I think this would all be okay if the quality was the same as last time, but it definitely wasn't. I was so relieved that I was able to get the order completed in such a short amount of time. The staff member even helped me carry the sandwiches out to my car. Super friendly and professional staff.
