I often buy milk and ice cream there. You will see some 7-11´s here in PDC but they are much more expensive than Oxxo. This particular store is near the beach. A bit of Oxxo trivia. They were originally founded in Monterrey in 1978 by Grupo FEMSA as an outlet to sell their beer brands. They now have more than 11,000 stores in Mexico.

I guess "stumbled" is not exactly accurate because the store is enormous. It is like a hypermart in the US. It has everything from foods to kids' toys to refrigerators. It has everything that has even been made. Best of all, it is AC! The store was clean and well-kept. I don't have any context for price comparisons but things seemed to be reasonably priced.

Expect that items will be FAR less than the 7/11 on 5th! They've got you well covered for all of your drink (I don't think they sell alcolhol), snack, candy and sundry needs.
