On this visit, they had run out of the marshmallow topping but they kindly offered a partial refund to make up for it. The only downside is that this place gets packed early; by 8:45am, the only seat available was in the window. Tonight I arrived approx 8:20 and after my bowl was made the staff member gave me my bowl and said sorry we are out of honey. I find that hard to believe. The store opens tomorrow morning and honey will be needed for orders. My guess is it was already put away and she didn't feel like getting it out again. Very disappointing and unprofessional. The bowls are not the same, in my opinion, without honey. Please educate staff on customer service and the time they can clean/pack up, not make orders. If orders are limited after 8:15 please post that so customers are aware to arrive before that time or they risk not getting what they want. Thank you

The counter person asked if I wanted any flavor/syrup and, while I usually don't because I don't like sweet coffee, I acquiesced because she said she could make sure it wasn't super sweet but I still got the flavor. This was quite literally the BEST iced almond milk latte I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. The salted caramel syrup lent just a hint of sweetness but full flavor. The espresso was flawless. I sipped my latte while walking back down Main Street to my car in 80° weather with flowers blooming and birds chirping and it was the perfect lunch break treat. I will be back.
