That and they have all the weird meats I need and love (gizzard, heart, liver, oxtail, pork belly, pork fat, etc) and best of all, sushi grade sashimi. Their salmon is pretty darn fresh especially on Sunday's (I think thats when they put them out) that they're even better than some sushi restaurants I've been to and definitely cheaper. The tuna's been a hit or a miss though. Overall, love this place. They dont have 10 different variations of shitakke mushrooms or seaweed but who needs that anyway? I do have to supplement with Assi at times if I'm looking for something special, otherwise I'm perfectly happy with J-mart being my one and only asian grocery stop.

For reference, here's just a small slice of what I regularly pick up from International Foods and Spices because I cook way too much pho, jerk chicken, lemongrass beef, and al pastor: Allspice Clove Cumin Annatto/Achiote Cinnamon (both cassia and regular) Coriander Various peppercorns Anise Star Anise Bay leaf Garam masala whole spice mix (and preground) Fenugreek (methi) Dried peppers Kashmiri chili powder ... and much much more! That's not even counting the staples like tahini, ghee, and various nuts, grains, dried beans, and other things. The only thing I'd say I wish they had more of was a better fresh herb selection. One quarter to half of the flavor in my cooking comes from fresh herbs, and if they had thai basil, mint, and other things like that regularly, it'd truly be a one stop shop for flavor.
