I was trying to compare mattresses, and the bot stood there beeping for a long time. I am the customer. I don't appreciate being pushed around by an appliance. Even when Ioved forward to give it a chance to turn, it dogged me. I finally gave up. that leads me to the second problem, they have removed four models so you have no way to test a mattress. How do you know if it's going to be comfortable or not? I don't buy things like that without trying them. They used to have floor models out. They have forgotten about the customer and they're thinking more about how to cram more merchandise into their stores because it means more profit. But a mattress is not a cheap purchase and it's not easy to return if you get a bad one. The samples saved the day today. At 3:00 in the afternoon they had a lot of samples and my four year old granddaughter was very happy. And the employees are very nice.

The old Circle K across from this store? Not as much. This place is in a strip mall and looks like the type of place where you try to cash checks, or spend your whole check on the Lotto, so I can see why many may pass it by. For those of you that like your convenience store to feel like a head shop - this is it! Electronic machines with "~store credit up to $5 only~" behind a wall but in the open? This is your place! Inside the display you will find Kratom, CBD, "Hemp Bombs," paraphernalia for "tobacco use only," and ashtrays. I don't partake in that wack toback, but I know that if I did, this might be my place. They have a really big wine selection for a store this size, and a good variety in that. They have all your standard gas station fare, and have some really interesting varieties of Nootropic or CBD infused Bang energy, Kratom sweet teas and some obscure aqua frescas. They open at 6AM, and shortly after opening you will find the owner spreading bird seed on the far corner of the parking lot. He always looks so happy doing it, and that makes me happy. The number of pigeons that show up is unreal. Sometimes they have so many show up that passerbys take pictures. Never a dull morning. Certainly worth stopping in, for a change of pace or a great convo with ownership. The sweetest folks.

I saw this young man working in produce and I asked him if he could help me get the Nestlé Lemon Water down. He politely stopped what he was doing and immediately walked over to get the water down. When he couldn't reach the other 2 packs of water he went and grabbed a ladder to retrieve the remaining 2 that I needed. I have to report his level of professionalism, he demonstrated outstanding courtesy and kindness. I was so impressed by this young man's wonderful customer service, that I had to share it with others.

We never feel our time is being wasted and always feel important. The rest of the store is your basic Walmart Neighborhood Market, which against brand reputation, charges $1-$2 more than Winco for nearly everything and has a smaller selection of products, often not including some of our favorite brands. We do like their health products section, which seems to always have what we need at a good price (more props to the pharmacy). It's cheaper than Kroger Market and more convenient if only because it's not huge and spread out. For certain Walmart things, I'll still drive a little farther to the Super Center. For groceries, Winco is much better. If you need a local pharmacy, I highly recommend the one here.

What is great is that you heat up or cook your meal in the provided container, win, win! I have been quite surprised at the flavors and choices as most days it's just me so it's great to not to have cook and they are a great value.
