As I studied, there was a consistent trickle of customers coming and going - a sign of a lively business. Since the space is small, it was a little noisy but I enjoyed the ambience. It was barely 11 am on a Tuesday. My coworkers and I were able to get coffee and charge our devices. There is an abundance of charging outlets all over. There is even a little seating area for children to sit and read or play. The staff was polite and helpful. We ordered with ease. I like that there is plenty of seating areas inside, two different outside patios downstairs, seating on a second level and another huge patio area upstairs. To get upstairs, you can take the stairs or use the elevator. Besides beverages, you can purchase pastries and merchandise such as t-shirts. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because of an interaction that left a disappointing impression. The owner appeared to be making his way around the restaurant greeting guests. He stopped by our table, warmly greeted and spoke with my son, then moved on without ever acknowledging me or my wife. It may have been completely unintentional, but it left us feeling overlooked. As someone who serves in ministry and regularly recommends businesses to church members, friends, and professional contacts, I left thinking this could have become one of my go-to recommendations. Unfortunately, that interaction changed what could have been a great relationship with the restaurant. One thing I've learned in life is that you never know who's sitting at your table. A simple greeting can turn a customer into a loyal supporter. The food was excellent, and I sincerely wish this business continued success.
